Impressive fast and efficient service. The team contacted me promptly when there was an issue with my order getting it resolved without issue.
Ordering and dispatch was great, Only issue was that the website was down for maintenance for a few weeks so not able to order initially.

Lost an AirPod when I was out on my bike, when I got home I looked to see if there were single AirPod replacements. Apple wanted to charge £76 and I would have to wait at least a week. I found the Sound Cafe at the top of a Google search. Ordered replacement, came the next day with instruction leaflet and a link to a troubleshooting video. Works perfectly, so glad I found this site. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are great. Exceptional communication and really helpful. They went above and beyond to help with a problem that I had, which was truly appreciated.
