I was searching for a meaningful gift for my daughter’s graduation, and the selection was perfect. I found a stunning locket that I knew she would love. The staff went above and beyond, even offering to engrave a special message inside the locket at no extra charge! When I presented it to her, her face lit up with joy, and it brought tears to my eyes. I will forever be grateful for the memorable experience and the beautiful piece that will be cherished for years to come!

Terrible quality rings and when I tried to return the stalled for ages. When I finally returned them they were sent back to me and now they are ignoring me! Do not buy.

Buyer beware! I've been diligently trying to return one item I received. It looks nothing like the site's picture/description - very cheap, flimsy - nothing I'd ever wear. Return policy reads pretty standard but is without specifics. Customer service representative was stalling in providing details for where to ship my return upon my request and suggesting an exchange. This was odd, but I insisted feeling secure in the the "money back guarantee". Eventually - through too many emails - I realized if you live in the United States and follow their detailed directions to return, the cost is over $70. There is literally no way to return without losing money. I feel like I got completely scammed. The ring is awful and despite multiple attempts I am being continuously denied a refund. In addition, the exchanges with the customer service representative are odd. He asked that I "find it in my heart to forgive them". Strange and indicative of a shady operation. I'm still trying to get a refund - but chances seem slim, so I'm doing my best to save others from sharing a similar experience. The company DOES NOT publish their negative reviews - I wrote one and of course, it's not posted.

I ordered 4 rings and a necklace from thesori. first off their web site states high end jewelry, 2nd they state luxurious jewelry. These items have great designs but they are very cheap. they are adjustable but unless you are a tiny person these rings wont fit you. If you spread it out to fit I'm afraid they would split in half. I requested info on returning some items. it took 2 days to hear back and they asked if I want to exchange them. With only a 14 day window and they took so long to answer I figured they were trying to make me lose the cutoff date and I said so in my next email. 4 days had passed by then, finally they sent me the address w instructions to mail them back. They wanted them returned to Amsterdam! but they were shipped from Illinois. it will cost over $45.00 to ship to Amsterdam. I figured I should just keep all of it since the merchandise is valued at around 70.00. I really don't trust companies like this. you are better off purchasing rings like this on Etsy. way better quality and prices.

I am surprised at the negative responses I read below. I received my two rings and they were very beautiful and unique and the quality was definitely good. I have had them for 2 months now and the gold is still on the rings. In any case, I am very happy with the jewelry and will definitely buy from Thesori again

I bought two rings and two pairs of earrings.
Straight away I was suprised by the quality of the rings. They are adjustable and flimsy and as a result the gold plating wore off after just a few wears.

I have only had the earrings for three months and both pairs have lost their ability to close. The clasps just fall open as soon as you push them together.

Really poor quality, and I expected these pieces to last a long time considering the price paid.

To last 2 weeks to 3 months is shocking.
Don't waste your money.

The package arrived with NO rings in. Also the number for customer services is for a completely different number. Unhelpful email returns. Disputing that the weight was correct when sent ? Funny how the contact phone number is dysfunctional - luckily Amex reimbursed me. Very unhappy and disappointed.

After wearing one of their rings for only a few hours it started to tarnish?and lost its gold colour. After submitting an enquiry I was told it was my fault as I had probably used something chemical like hand cream. I had not (I’d only been wearing the ring for a few hours) but clearly they were admitting that their rings won’t even stand up to every day products like cream, which is not a chemical. Don’t waste your money! Additionally the adjustable aspect of the rings makes them flimsy and they lack durability.

I wasn't expecting too much from this company but thought I would give them a try given the customer reviews. After receiving my jewellery I was very disappointed. They are poor quality and the sizing is awful meaning they dig into your fingers and are very uncomfortable. As I have worn them once I am unable to return them. Don't be mislead, buy from a better known brand with a better returns policy.

This company has been popping up on my feed for a while and whilst the advertised items look good, the actual items are cheap looking and flimsy. I ordered two rings and they just about go around my fingers and one only fits my little finger. I am very disappointed in this company and cannot understand the 100% feedback it claims to have.

Amazing customer service and products!
My item had a slight fault with it, and they immediately replaced it plus sent another item of my choice to me for free! Never seen such great service anywhere else - I will be recommending to friends and family and be using again for sure! Thank you :)
