I recently purchased a NerdQAxe++ miner. I had a few questions before buying, and the seller was very prompt in responding. As I live in the UK, it was important for me to find a seller where I wouldn't be charged import fees.

Delivery was quick and efficient.

My first venture into Solo BTC mining. Have to say The Solo Mining Co were really good from choosing, to payment to delivery and set up if needed. Very pleased with my Bitaxe Gamma. Will use them again for a future upgrade!

I ordered a node and Bitaxe Halo to Sweden, delivery was fast and smooth. Their support was super responsive during the device setup, and the hardware itself looks absolutely gorgeous.

Really dope miners and accessories, i ordered the Bitaxe Gamma with the Bithalo lightning and it's amazing!

When things go wrong, as they sometimes do, the entire experience can be rescued with good customer service.

In this case, I'm happy to report that when I had a problem with the very first item I ordered from The Solo Mining Co, it was a refreshingly pain-free experience to have it resolved. I contacted the company and was asked me to try a couple of things - I did so but, unfortunately, it didn't help. No further questions asked, the faulty item was returned and a new one dispatched promptly. The new item was fine, and I've since ordered a few more items comfortable in the knowledge that this is a rare breed of company that seems to actually value customer service. No hesitation in recommending or buying from them again.

Lovely person to chat to and even resolved an issue 4 months after purchase. Lovely guy.
