Fast responses and great customer service.

Had a couple queries with my order and they resolved all issues fast and efficient.

I made a wholesale order and the package got returne to sender and I got the confirmation that they receive the package back. They dont want to send it back or refund me not even a part refund. Now they stop answering me. really bad experience...

I have made 4 orders now from this website. Had a bit of a hiccup on the first, got different ones then what I ordered, but they threw in freebies and a 20% discount on my next order.

So far, no bad experiences to note, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service, would highly recommend

Ordered on the 28th October, has been stuck at customs since the 5th November, have contacted the team on WhatsApp and through their contact form over a week ago and haven’t heard back. Starting to doubt the legitimacy of this website

Scam site. Ordered and got a tracking link that didn’t work and a custom service that wouldn’t respond. I’d recommend different sites.

These guys are fantastic, I've known about them for a while, and I'm super glad they've come back.

Made my first order on the 25th of September, unfortunately they did not have a lot of what I asked for, so in exchange they tossed in 2 extra (10 -> 12 tins).

They did replace them with some that were a little too strong for my liking, and when I reached out, they apologized and said they should have notified me beforehand, and that for my next order they'll throw in some freebies, and they were right! Just placed a new order for 12 tins, and I'm getting a few more on top.

All you need to do is shoot them an email with your order info, and they'll treat you right, not to mention the fact that they respond in only a couple hours, mostly less, which was awesome. Thanks, guys!

Put an order through on the 18th of September after speaking to someone from the company on WhatsApp and being reassured that if there were any issues they would resend the order. Order hit customs on the 28th of September, where it's still sitting. No replies from the person I was speaking to on WhatsApp and one reply after multiple emails to customer service. Now they aren't replying. So unsure what is happening with the order. If it was only a few cans I wouldn't be too worried, but this wasn't a small order. Would just like it resolved.

Order arrived safely and everything was exactly as expected. The team were super friendly and quick to respond — really appreciate the genuine customer care. Customs can be tricky sometimes, but they kept me updated the whole way. Definitely a legit and reliable seller. Highly recommend!

I started using the snus king after the new owner took over and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. When I had a lost shipment through no fault of the company. I contacted the customer service who got back to me straight away. Sending a a replacement shipment straight away with no charge and even the owner giving a direct line to him if I had any other questions. The best experience I’ve had ordering snus. Could not recommend more to anyone looking to order snus.

Ok after ordering in July, I finally received an letter from TGA asking for my prescription and email it to them. I received the letter around the 22nd Dec nearly 6 months after they were in customs Melbourne and to reply by 2nd January. Then I thought I better send another email on the 30th Dec and explain why I purchased them and why there were 2 packages as my order and a gift from jamal.
Today 2nd Jan I have received conformation the prescription worked and the good are released to ABF to be posted by Australia post Whooo!!!

Be aware they can be caught up in customs for 6 months until you receive a letter from Therapeutic Goods Administration and make sure you have the prescription date needs to be current before the purchase.

Ok I received my order, If your order is held in customs you need to email (TGA) at RC(at)health.gov.au with your postage tracking, name and address with your prescription and I threw in a explanation to give up the cigarettes and my parcel was released. If you do NOT have a prescription you will not be getting it.

package is stuck at customs, they stopped replying to emails and told me to contact customs to get it which i did but they couldnt do anything.
