Service is barely nonexistent. No phone number available to call. Everything is done by the Philippines.
The only thing that is seamless is them taking your money!

They bombard you with emails when you have not supplied the correct information yet fail to provide any service or communication properly.

This company has changed beyond all recognition in terms of customer service.

They have taken money and that is it!

Took payment and two wks later still no medication! No one answers phone no one answers e mail or Facebook . Then when they do get back to you they tell you something different . One says your order waiting to go out for delivery the other one telling you that there waiting for your prescription! Very poor .

Usually your delivery is on point. This time, presumably because of the rush on slimming injections (my meds are in tablet form) you took 3 weeks to deliver and I ran out of tablets 2 weeks ago!!!

There is nobody to talk to on the phone and you only respond to messages about once a week.

Shocking service. I will be taking my business elsewhere - there are better providers and everyone wants a slice of the market so will offer better customer service. You’ve had it too good for too long, Slimming Clinic!

I don't think you should take money and then take weeks to deliver

The customer service is so poor. Messages do not get responded to and when they do, the responder does not read the message correctly. I have paid for three pens in advance and I am chasing the delivery of the third pen. I have had to do this each month for all pen deliveries. This time after two weeks I have only had one response and the matter has still not been resolved. There is no telephone number to contact or to speak to someone directly. You leave a message and no one gets back to you. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Update: The Slimming Clinic went into insolvency and was dissolved in January 2025. Slim At Home Limited who took over went into administration at end of July 2025. It has since been taken over by Functional Health Care Ltd who share the same directors.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (pardon the pun)

You will lose your money
Ordered in April, £600 lost. Promised a refund in June and still nothing. Impossible to speak to anyone, legal action a waste of time so only chance is credit card company. If anyone else thinks it's worthwhile please share your story with the press. They should not be allowed to get away with this

Waited 3 months for a mounjaro pen. Chased it up constantly! Was refused a refund. But never sent the pen I actually paid for.

Waiting for 2 lots of refunds as medication not authorised by doctor more than 3 months ago.

Everything. A few years ago this company was good but my experience over the last few months has been very bad. After months of chasing a refund of £270 owed as they had ran out of stock I was informed via email that they can’t give the refund. I contacted my bank to raise a card dispute and advised as it was over 120 days I could not proceed. Contacting the company is a nightmare no one returns your calls and if they do they palm you off or lie and no one answers the on line chat. I would not recommend using this company to anyone! I also raised a complaint via the email advertised on the website and again no reply!

I have ordered from them several times and constantly had to chase delays in deliveries.
My last order they did not even deliver and were uncontactable online or on the phone. Eventually, after several emails, I had to start legal proceedings and sent them a Notice before Action letter. Th ey ignored this and I managed to get a refund through my credit card supplier.
They are a bunch of cowboys. Do not use them unless you are prepared to write off your hard earned money!

Such a joke of a company. I have spent 10 weeks chasing my order & on sending yet another email today have been told they cannot fulfil my order or give me a refund! How does that work? I can’t afford to loose money like this. Such a disgrace, a horrendous experience from start to finish.

This company went into administration in April 2025.
Further down the website if you check the company number they are using it is for ‘Functional Healthcare’ which is using an accountants address and has no contact numbers. This company is not CQC registered which it is required to be. The previous CQC registration for the Slimming Clinic was actually ‘Slim at Home Ltd’ which is also in administration. They cannot be trading legitimately and the fact the chatbot/tel number are all not working tells you they know this. It’s a shame they used to be pretty good. But after waiting two weeks when normally they were quick I did the above research and have now requested a refund. Not expecting an answer so will be contacting trading standards, CQC, companies house and their former administrators.

So, to be fair the first time I signed up and got the product it was as efficient as needed and after the doctors appt/call, got the prescription. Mounjaro was excellent and worked so well for me, excellent product. So I now want to continue and have paid for the prescription again. Nothing a month later, although I get daily texts about their offers with some money off. That is what is frustrating when you have been waiting for the month. Sadly, a lot of the other reviews are about this and their communication is very slow and just reactive. Other than their daily texts of offers for money off. I am still waiting for my 5mg dose pen today and apparently everything is out of stock although I found that out by checking on their website earlier.

Advice to anyone don't use the slimming clinic

Avoid this company at all costs. After waiting over 2 months for fulfilment of my order and eventually asking for a refund only to receive a generic ‘thank you for your patience’ response, I got my money back by raising a complaint with my bank.

Please do not order from this company as I am still waiting an order from 23 June over 2 months. They keep sending emails but the service it’s 0.
They quick to take the money but the service is terrible.
I even asked for a refund without any joy or they want to take £25 for cancellation without fault of mine disgusting.

They used to be great but they are not anymore, they appear to have changed their name.

I paid for 3 months supply of tablets.It took 3/4 weeks to receive my second month.I sent in an assessment form almost 2 weeks ago and I just receive automated messages.You cannot contact them, it's an appalling company.

After almost 2 months I have an email from a company representing the slimming clinic, it says ..
due to unforeseen circumstances, our payment provider has informed us that they are unable to process refunds.
As a result, we kindly advise you to initiate a dispute or chargeback through your bank to retrieve your funds.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and truly appreciate your understanding. Should you need any assistance or further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
