Every body were very helpfull the items ended up being to small and had to be returned.and went out of there way to accommodate a refund would purchase from here again

Very positive experience
The correct product was shipped and delivered by post promptly. I had cause to call customer support who were very helpful - hence 5 stars. The issue was Goolgle Pay had somehow provided the wrong address but customer support shipped another item promptly so I still got my sleeping bag in time for my trip.

Excellent service. Great price and quick delivery. Very happy with the sleeping bag, ideal for my daughter’s first time going to a festival. Hasn’t been used yet but looks to be good quality.

Fantastic Customer Service
Highly recommended. I encountered an issue with one of the products I'd purchased from the company which was quickly resolved and a replacement sent out. Great customer service and communication throughout. Will definitely be using again.
