had an occassion to ask for help as the chain had come off my bike. they were only too happy to lend me some tools to fix my problem and were very pleasant about it. I handed the tools back with grease all over the handles but this was not a problem. very helpful and saved me a long walk home. they had some pretty nice looking scooters in the shop as well. recommend the helpful and friendly staff and definately worth a visit if looking for good honest service. thanks very much guys Geoff

After poor experiences with other sellers I contacted Stuart, had a chat and was chuffed to find that he was local. I popped down to his shop in Hove and from the moment I walked in he was kind and very helpful. I left with a Kugoo Kirin M4 Pro (and a big smile on my face) and have to say it flies. Everything was just as he described and it has worked out perfectly. I'm also glad that he maintains and repairs them too so I'm future-proofed. All in all an excellent service. Very impressed indeed.

Stewart and his team are really helpful with all things e-scooter related. Offering friendly and honest advice with my Kugoo S1 and Kirin models. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had an issue with the courier and the customer service promptly helped me through WhatsApp.

They had a spare piece that I was only finding to be delivered in 20+ days elsewhere.

Even with the trouble I had with the delivery, the spare piece was with me in a very short time.

Thanks to Stewart at thescooter.shop I now have original replacement tyres for my Kugoo Kirin M4 pro.
Fitting the original Hota 80/65-6 tyres is so much easier than trying to fit the Tuovt 10x3.0's that I was offered elsewhere, that are wider and don't fit.
Excellent and speedy service.

Employees at this store are very professional and knowledgeable about their product. Brought and older scooter that they do not sell and they contacted the manufacturer to get the replacement parts. They repaired this scooter and had it back to me in a timely fashion.

Really happy with the service I received from the scooter shop! I asked a range of questions to the chap I spoke to (Stewart) and he is incredibly knowledgeable and takes great care with his customers.

I've spoken to many sellers on Amazon, Ebay etc and they are mainly clueless and not actually based in the UK or registered businesses.

10/10 - support local business!

Had a problem with the scooter on/ off button, Call the shop they arranged a straight swap ASAP, They even meet me half way so I did not have to travel far the next day.

Paid for next day delivery, item still not arrived a week later, asked for refund on delivery charge but still not received, they did not seem interested that we have paid for goods and still received nothing, out of pocket and no goods, VERY BAD DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Further to your response below, you were not interested in helping at any stage, just to clarify it was you that was swearing down the phone at me when I stated that I would assume that when I opted for next day delivery I assumed that the item would be delivered next day. If you have since changed the delivery options that you offer it was only that was what was suggested to you during our conversation. 10 days later and still no items or refund and no communication, very unsatisfactory customer service!

Rang the scooter shop before I purchased the Kugoo M4 Pro, Stuart was very helpful, super fast tracked next day delivery. All working out of the box. UK company with a warranty I can rely on.

They are reliable and sent the exact items I needed for my electric scooter to replace the inertube.
I will definitely be ordering from these again for my scooter items.

Fantastic service and very helpful. Will defiantly shop hear again. Great communication and has sorted out every problem and issue I have had. If you need an electric scooted then this is the place to go. Highly recommended.
