Took 3+ weeks to ship a product I bought on the .ie website. It was shipped from Spain! The courier was only handed the product after two and a half weeks so it's purely on the seller.
I won't buy another product from this shop even if they're literally the last fragrance store in the world.
Very happy with my experience with The Scent Vault. My perfume arrived safely, well packaged and in perfect condition. The whole ordering and delivery process was smooth and straightforward. Excellent service and a very positive experience overall. I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to others. Thank you!
I asked for something I thought might not still be available but you had it and 'Scent' me my order. No hassle, no issues. Great service. 👍

Je suis extrêmement satisfait et heureux d'avoir commandé chez eux. Je les garde dans mon cœur et dans mes favoris à jamais. Un grand merci
