We bought our dachshund her first snuggle bed and she absolutely loves it.
This bed is extremely well made, the fabric is beautiful and seems of a very high quality, and fits in very well with our decor.
Ordering was very easy and arrived within the lead time. I had also asked Lauren some advice regarding sizing previously and she responded to me very quickly.
Would highly recommend.

My sausage absolutely loves her bed she spends 70% of her day in it! Had a snuggle bed for 3 years now! And still going strong! A bit dirty now though so just about to order another!

I have now had my snuggle bed for over two years and it’s still going strong and still looks great. Considering it is used daily, I cannot believe how long it’s lasted. Definitely one of the best products I’ve ever purchased.

We own 2 sausage pits and a lap blanket from the lovely Lauren now and we are utterly obsessed 🌟 we’ve had both sausage pits for over a year and the quality is incredible, we honestly wouldn’t shop elsewhere for dog beds. Hugo, Hunter and Hazel adore their giant sausage pit and spend most days lounging inside or on top together. So much choice to suit any home interior and we celebrate lie in’s on the weekend now all thanks to the cosy sausage pits 😂🍾

My third item that i have bought from the sausage pit and the boys second snuggle pit. Many companies have tried and will try to replicate these beds but you cannot get any better than the beds from here. Please just look at making human size ones next haha

Met the team in person at a festival and they were really friendly and guided us through which bed size to choose for our mini dachshund. We went for the recommended 90x60 snuggle bed. We don't have a burrower and to this date our pup hasn't gone under the cover yet, but I'm using it under the desk as my foot warmer and our pup follows to sleep on top - so it's a win win!

Both Sauci & myself love the snuggle bed! Even on the hottest of days she'll crawl in. Excellent quality & beautiful materials. Velvety soft & the faux fur is supaw soft. Highly recommended. Wish we could have all the colours.

The dog car seat has been an actual life saver for my pups! I was recently in a crash and they were safe and no harm was done to them. Highly recommend. The quality is amazing and cosy for the dogs also.

The Sausage Pit has been my go-to since the beginning. After getting through around 30 beds per year with my 9 Dachshunds, I was reluctant to try another bed as they were always destroyed, but not with the Sausage Pit!! I literally couldn't believe how they took to them and never attempted to make them an afternoon snack.
We love the XL size in bright velvet colours. Can highly recommend :)

It’s one of the few places she will go snuggle and sleep by her self. Very happy puppy.

The customer service was brilliant. More importantly though the product is of exceptional quality. With a variety of colours and linings it’s ideal.

If you’re considering one, don’t hang about as it’s worth every penny!

Pricey but so worth it!! Such a high quality bed and the best for burrowing breeds. I was searching for something like this for ages and it’s perfect. It’s the only bed (except mine!) my dachshund x will sleep in. Friends pug loved it too and dove straight in!

Not only an amazing quality ‘sausage pit’ for my dachshund but he LOVES it! I got in contact about the product and they were so helpful and quick to respond too. This far outweighs anything else I’ve bought. Great value for money. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else now. My next purchase will definitely be the car seats.

I purchased my first casual lounger from The Sausage Pit about a month ago. Not only did it arrive within a week ( pretty amazing since it was custom made and shipped to Florida) but my dachshunds love it, it’s beautiful, and it’s well made!! I already have my next bed picked out!!

This is by far the best dog bed I have ever bought. It is particularly good for dogs who like to burrow like dachshunds. My little sausage had an accident on it and I was a bit nervous about washing it so I contacted the girl who hand makes these beautiful beds and she gave me some tips on how to take care of it. The bed came out perfect like new to be honest. The quality of the material and the workmanship is outstanding both are very hard to come by these days. I will definitely be buying another of these beds.

We bought our first snuggle bed from The Sausage Pit in April this year and our mini absolutely loves it!
Before purchasing we reached out to Lauren to seek her advice on the most durable material / best combo to choose for a sossy who had a tendency to destroy all his beds - not only did she reply almost immediately with the advice and info we needed, but she was also just SO lovely.

I couldn’t wait for a sausage pit for my sausages, and my god do they love it! The quality is stunning, it’s the only dog bed my little boy hasn’t ripped to shreds as he just loves it so much - one word ‘bed’ and he’s in there like a shot. Thinking of getting a second one so they can spread out in their own little space… 100% recommend (I wish there was a human sized one!)

My dachshund loves her sausage pit snuggle bed to hide under to keep cosy. I was hesitant to purchase at first because of the price but it is 100% worth every penny. It is amazing quality and I have shared this small business with many of my friends who have burrowing breeds.
