Rude and offensive customer service representatives
I would give zero stars if I could. Started the course and was kicked out after a few minutes, while in section 1.
Got a message requiring phone verification- called the number to hear: "sorry the application is not working".
Called customer service (should be called "customer disservice")- spoke to "Tina". Tina told me she would place me on hold- I asked her not to make it long since I was on hold before I spoke to her- she replied, "everywhere you call you will be placed on hold", and continued with statements like "you were not on hold for long time, out maximum is 10 minutes, Do you want to argue with me or do you want me to help you?!" ". So, after being another few minutes on hold, she came back and said, "your account is reset, you can now log-in".
Tried to log-in and got the same error message. Called again and got another representative Named "Ella" who, after I told her her it was my second call to their CS, started arguing with me right away, saying "Do you want me to help you!?" "You are not being placed on hold, we have records of each call".
