We just wanted to check in and see if you’ve since received your rug. As our rugs are handmade to order, they do take some time to produce and deliver, but we always aim to keep everything on schedule.
Good product at fair price
Custom size allowed me to pick a size that fits my space. The color combination is right on to what was shown on the web site.
Fair price and rug appears to be good quality.

Worth the Wait
While it took two months to receive our beautiful rug, Deepak at Rug Decor was very responsive when I reached out for a status update. The rug itself is stunning and well worth the wait. It's a slightly different color than pictured (it's hard to replicate color on screens), but we're very happy with it as it's gorgeous and goes well in our room. It is so soft under our toes and the quality is perfection.

I like rug we purchased
I like rug we purchased, and delivery was easy & fast. I did have to purchase a rug pad to go underneath the rug as it is quite thin (we placed on top of hardwood floor). If going on top of carpet, it may not be necessary.

Great quality, service and price
I ordered a 10 x 13 rug for my bedroom that needed to be made to order due to the size. Deepak was my customer service rep and did an amazing job keeping me informed on the lead time. My rug arrived in great condition and the quality and color is so beautiful. I ordered another for my living room. Thanks!

Colors are off
Delivery was fine. The product is nothing like what I ordered. The colors are grey and dull. The carpet I ordered was a deep rich blue with turquoise accents. This rug is horrible.
