Jordan & Bobby were our superheroes today! Our EV charge points have never been operational since they were installed over two years ago.

Despite persistent efforts on our end, liaising with the installers and with ROLEC, we tried everything from resetting at the mains, to changing settings on the app and reverting to WIFI from SIM and setting up a WiFi range extender but nothing worked.

Jordan and Bobby were on site for 3hrs today and got all them up and running. They changed back-end settings and usernames that we didn't have access to ourselves and replaced parts in a couple of them. We are so grateful to them.

We have three Rolec EV chargers in our car park and two of them had stopped allowing us to connect to them using bluetooth. Darren was sent out to analyse the situation and complete repairs for us. He was polite and helpfully explained what he was doing as he went along, which allowed me to gain a better understanding of the chargers and the way that configuring them works. Darren swiftly opened up the charging points and assessed what the problem could be, running through each scenario one-by-one. He realised that the smartboards were where the fault was in both charging points, and replaced one with the spare he was supplied with. He explained the situation to me, and I'm completely understanding that he unfortunately only had the one smartboard available. He has reissued our support ticket and will be returning once he has been supplied with the part - which I cannot complain about at all. Darren was brilliant - many thanks to him!

Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed late to complete the job so all 4 of our chargers were online the same day.
We were thankful he had enough spare parts to repair all of the chargers on his 1st visit so he didn't have to come back another day which would have left us without chargers for even longer.
We appreciated his polite, professional approach and can't thank him enough. Should the chargers need attention again we will definitely be calling RTR Group and asking for Jordan.

We had the lovely Jordan come out to help us with our EV charger. He was prompt and very polite. Although the problem couldnt be fixed (due to no fault of theirs) he was so kind, apologetic and gave us some great temporary solutions . Thank you so much.

Following problems with a Rolec charger the issue was resolved by Darren arranging a replacement under guarantee. His expertise and professionalism were notable and he sorted out the faulty item in quick time.

We have a children’s nursery and wanted to have solar panels fitted to a new building with a very complicated roof design. RTR Group kindly worked around our opening times and fitted solar panels for us at the weekend, ensuring their was no disruption to our working week. The tradesmen were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the installation and the results. We would thoroughly recommend the RTR Group and are already working with them regarding extending our green credentials to add panels to other areas of our nursery site.
