Sam is an excellent salesman and helped us find a couch we loved. Amazing customer service and great atmosphere really felt like he was trying to help us and not just trying to sell us the highest ticket item.

The sales woman was awesome. She helped a lot. She was not pushy or checking on us every 5 minutes. Company needs more people like her.

Very good salesperson, reasonable prices and fast delivery

After having such a bad experience with another furniture store, shopping at The Room Place was a breath of fresh air. LJ was amazing! She was patient and understanding when it came to what type of furniture I was looking for. Great shopping experience.

AJ made our first purchasing experience wonderful! She took the time to provide us with many options for in regard to what we were looking for and for the budget we wanted to spend. Very positive experience.

I purchased a sectional and was told that delivery would be on the 26th of August. Then once I made the purchase, i was told the 28th of Aug. I said okay. Then a week later, I received a text stating there’s a backlog and delivery would be Sept 3rd. A few days later, I received another text stating delivery will be on Sept 17th. This is unacceptable!!

Liked:salesman was very knowledgeable of merchandise on floor but not so much on options.
Didn’t like: disappointed that someone with a credit rating of 810 and $91k salary did not qualify for 6 months interest free financing but instantly was approved for a 39% interest rate credit card. That’s not what I wanted and now I have to go through the trouble of canceling this credit card because the store “could” not cancel it after they processed the request????? Sounds pretty fishy. Or how about the promise that my couch would be delivered after 3pm a couple of days only to get blasted with robo-like texts with “delivery windows” all in the morning when I work. Finally ending with a delivery wait of 10 days. Never again buying here

Sales associate LJ was very helpful in helping me to choose my purchase. I was looking to purchase other items but settled on a beautiful accent chair. Thank you for making my shopping experience a beautiful day. I would definitely shop at the Room place again.

LJ at TheRoomPlace was such a big help in ordering my sectional! Nothing but an easy process! Delivery was scheduled within 3 days of placing my order! Would not think twice about giving them my business again, an easy absolutely!

LJ made our experience great with her patience, willingness to listen, and discernment. Having different products in the store helped, yielding a greater selection. It also helped having smaller scale products, as our home has smaller rooms.

Sam was great! I'm usually afraid to shop in stores because the salespeople can be pushy but Sam found a great way to be involved but not hover or push a sale.
