We are a younger looking couple and were treated as serious customers. I appreciate the attentiveness aswell as the pleasant energy by both the store manager and show room lady who helped us.

Knowledgeable and helpful Service

The sales person i worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in a few times to take another look at it because it was very different from the stye i have already, and each time she was attentive and helpful.

Delivery can ruin everything

The store service was adequate, though could be more timely in processing the order once items were determined to purchase. The delivery ruined everything. Delivery was hours late, the delivery guys were very nice and professional, but overbooked for the day, not fair to them or the customer!

Danielle and Gianni is what made my…

Danielle and Ghani, made my experience a good one. They were really knowledgeable on the merchandise, I purchased and gave me good advice on my items I purchase. They made sure I received the discounts that was due towards my purchase. I was very satisfied with everything because, of their advice I received from Danielle and Ghani.

Walked in

Walked in, found an amazing coffee table in 10 min, ordered it and was delivered to my apt the next morning. Couldn’t be happier with the price and quality and very efficient delivery service. Perfect!

I came into your store on two separate…

I came into your store on two separate days. I decided on a living room set, then later added an additional swing chair, mattress, box spring and protection plan for all furniture.

Without informing me, you postponed my delivery of both my orders. I called in to verify. The girl who answered told me that the delivery date we both agreed on was just an estimate day? I have NEVER heard of such a thing from any furniture store EVER.

You can’t expect people to keep taking time off work without a solid delivery date. I also explained that I live in a condo and that I have to reserve the elevator.

Well for the second time, The RoomPlace in Chicago on Elston street, postponed my second delivery by an additional week. LIKE BEFORE, NO ONE called me to inform me of this change.

I called to verify. I spoke to a manager, and no promises were given.

I did receive one swing chair. I asked the manager if I cancel both of my orders, will they come back to retrieve the swing chair? Cause why would I need this one piece of furniture WITHOUT the remaining pieces. He said NO!

Needless to say, I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in both of these delays without a promise of a solid date.

I will cancel both orders.
