Quick, easy, great style.
Eman was not pushy at all and let us wander around looking for what we needed. Once we found it, it was a quick process to purchase and had our items delivered Monday (we bought Saturday).

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable
We went to the store to look at some furniture. I was greeted immediately. Then Adam approached us to introduce himself and asked what we were looking for. He took his time to answer all of our questions. He was very helpful.

The sales associate was great. She greated us right away and offered assistance. She explained the products and different options. I advised her of my experience at the Woodridge location where on 3 different occasions noone would assist me. She apologized for them.

I recently purchased a sofa from the Room Place in Aurora, IL.
I recently purchased a sofa from the Room Place in Aurora, IL.
The sales employees were very nice and helpful.
However, I am very disappointed with the delivery crew.
The delivery crew does not remove the old sofa that is being replaced with the new one. All they need to do is place the old sofa into the elevator and lower it to the garage, where the garbage truck would take the old sofa away.

Your order 0072710462 for delivery was also updated and vendor advised of slight delay until 9/3 in accordance with their latest update on the sofa table and Justine fireplace mantel. We wanted the shipment towards the end of the week and when we got to their store, it turned out the shipment was going to be coming in from Romeoville, IL, warehouse. I went in thinking it might be delayed even though they told us at the time of purchase that it will be delivered the next day. Rest assured, they came through with their promise and it was delivered and installed by their crew on site. What I found very good in my whole purchase process was that they give a great insurance package which was ideal for us as we plan to move soon and wanted to avoid a situation where something cracks/breaks in the process. Very happy and satisfied with the purchase and I would recommend all of my family and friends to go the RoomPlace in Aurora, thank you guys!
