The Tour Guy will use 3rd party vendors to do the tour you selected. You pay high TTG fees vs 3rd vendor used is 50%
and will not receive all of the attractions and even guide will keep your emcees you pay them even though other members in the group used the company and paid less than half of what you paid. They put us with a company that gave us less than 10% of all the money, tickets, attractions, and accommodations my family paid for. The other company did not care and told us we didn’t book with them. THE TOUR FUY REFUSES RO CONTACT US BACK NOT MATTER THE MEDIA WE USE TO CONTACT THEM. THEY WASTED HALF OF A VACATION DAY AND ROBBED US OF OUR EXPERIENCE WE PAID FOR. Running a vacation company and not getting back to customers for over a week during the work week is unacceptable. We all know things go wrong and mistakes happen. Obviously once The Tour Guy HAS YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CALLS, QUESTIONS, EMAILS, etc…. THEY ALSO KEEP THE REVIEWS AND COMMENTS WE HAVE WRITTEN OFF THERIR SITE. DONT TRUST THEIR FAKE RATINGS!!
