The Gentleman arrived early by mutual consent. He was very thorough and informative of all the options open to us with estimates of all of them. He showed us samples of the options and was very helpful.we were very impressed by his knowledge and advice.

Quick, comprehensive and professional quotation.
We were very happy with the service we have received from Thermotec today. Rebecca explained everything comprehensively and realistically in terms of expectations and pros and cons of different options for our existing conservatory roof. With our conservatory used throughout the year, the ongoing cost of heating and maintaining use against the increasing cost of energy, the insulating properties of the Thermotec system will benefit not just short term, but also long term. The quality of the product exceeded our expectation, and we are more than happy to proceed with the Thermotec roofing installation.

The Thermotec roofing system solves many questions.
The surveyor was booked to arrive at 10.30 am and at 10.30am he arrived. We discussed many aspects of the Thermotec roofing system including loss of heat through the new roof and loss of light into the conservatory. The surveyor was able to answer all my questions and allay any fears I had about the new roofing system. I was then quoted such a reasonable price for the new roof I agreed to have the work done.

Very knowledgable staff
We found Paul very pleasant and not at all pushy
Paul was very knowledgable about the roofing for our conservatory
I had sent a separate inquiry about new windows but hadn’t heard anything when I mentioned this to Paul he
Took the measurements and gave us a price for the windows and the roofing the price was very good so we went a head and purchased both just waiting for someone to make sure the measurements are right
We just can’t wait to get them fitted now

Thermotec replacement conservatory roofing
This a review of an initial survey and quote for a Thermotec replacement convervatory roof.
Surveyor Rebecca was everything thing one would hope for: knowledgable, non pressurising and very professional.
As we weren't quite sure what we wanted Rebecca spent time explaining what the options were.
If the Thermotec roofing is as impressive as Rebecca was we will be very satisfied customers.
