From the initial visit, clear communication and quoting I was impressed by the service. The day came for the boiler install, they arrived on time and wasted no time getting started and worked hard through the day. Friendly, polite, clean and tidy. They got the job done and we're so pleased with our new boiler. Thank you Thermofix!

Thermofix installed, and have maintained the boiler at my sons house. Each time i have called, they have responded quickly. A leaking radiator was quickly and efficiently repaired (not fitted by them, but due to a leak). They capped of a gas hob, excellent communication, everything very efficient. would highly recommend

Thermofix installed our central hearing many years ago and continued returning for services / upgrades. Brilliant team. We were a little nervous about adding Solar/Battery/Mixergy tank, but it is an excellent decision. Mixergy is extremely efficient and the app offers a good deal of flexibility and control. We will make significant savings. The installation was very well
managed.

Totally brilliant! I needed an emergency boiler repair in Oughtibridge near Sheffield as I suddenly had an F75 fault and no heating and hot water. A friend recommended Jim at Thermofix and I’m so glad they did.

When Jim came out, I thought it might have to be a new boiler, as it’s a 15 year old Vaillant. To my relief though, Jim gave good sound advice, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the fault, and even brought the part, a pressure sensor, with him. Within literally hours, I’d got heat and hot water back, with no fuss and a super cleanup after. It’s usually a messy job when a boiler is drained but Jim even brought buckets and towels with him so there was zero mess.

Jim was kind, friendly and super efficient, and I’d highly recommend him if you’re looking for a timely and trustworthy boiler repair or service in the Sheffield area, from a boiler engineer who really knows his stuff. In fact I’m hoping to book Thermofix in this summer to replace the boiler and all the radiators. Thank you Jim for a super fast and professional repair at a very reasonable price.

I have used thermofix several times now to service my boiler and my mums. My mum had also used him to fix her boiler and central heating problems. We had Jamie. He is a genuinely lovely guy, reliable and comes at the time arranged. He knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to ensure you are entirely satisfied with his work. Thermofix are also very reasonably priced. I have since recommended thermofix to several other people and in both cases they were delighted with what was done.

Steve has fitted a number of boilers for me (I renovate properties) and he has always been reliable and professional. He's easy to deal with and really knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I had previously had work done on an old boiler by Gareth and Steve. Following a leak from a 45year old header tank and in discussion with Gareth I made the decision to have a new combi-boiler fitted. Work was carried out over three floors in awful weather and Gareth, Steve and Jim kept mess to the very minimum, cleaning and clearing as they went over the two days of installation. As someone living on my own I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They were friendly and efficient, explaining everything as they proceeded. I am confident in using the new system but also confident that should I have any worries they would respond immediately.

We needed our 24yr old combi boiler updating and was recommended Thermofix Services Ltd by a family member.
Gareth came out and gave us a quote for a new Baxi combi boiler which we were happy to accept.
Gareth, Steve and Jim, 3 of the politest guys you could ever meet turned up on time and did a brilliant professional job. On completion everything was left clean and tidy and the controls on the boiler and the new thermostat was explained to us.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Thermofix Services Ltd and will be having them back in 12 mths for our annual service.

Having Jamie come and sort our boiler and heating was such a relief after being taken for a ride by several other companies.

So friendly and personable, has your best interests at heart and explains things really well and simply.

The engineer is very polite and professional. Attends the job quickly and even gives times that are adhered to. Very efficient and reliable. I have used this company many times and would strongly recommend it to others.
