Don't waste your money, they don't provide any instructions or best practices..... not even in an email followup.

No instructions sent at all with the product. If you are expected to remember everything they lied about in the online AI add, then Dr Sanja Gupta, you are supporting a bad product. I tried to return it, but they start the 90 day return guarantee on the day you buy the product, not even on the day they ship it - so 5 days of no activity but that counts to my trying to evaluate the product.....and it arrives 18 days after I placed the order......so that shortens the time even more. So I keep or throw this stuff away because the ONLY thing this stuff has done is regulate my poops....that's it. That is wasn't I was going for. So don't waste your money - this doesn't work....Thermoburn Pro and Digest Flow....what a rip-off.

Decent product overall

Decent product overall. I noticed a little improvement in my energy and confidence, but the results weren’t dramatic. Easy to take and worth trying for a few weeks.

I’ve been using Thermo Burn Pro as part of my daily routine, along with making better food choices and staying active. I like that it’s simple to add to my routine, and I’ve felt more motivated to stay consistent with my healthy habits. I didn’t expect overnight results, so I focused on giving it time and pairing it with regular exercise and a balanced diet. Overall, it has been a convenient addition to my wellness routine, and I’m happy with my experience so far. I would recommend doing your own research and following the product directions before trying any supplement.
