Lamar arrived on time, treated my home with care, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. We had an incredible experience with Thermal Comfort.Lamar went above and beyond when communicating With us. His pricing was competitive and his workmanship was above the previous four HVAC people we had work our system. He was able to diagnose the problem correctly the first time while others struggled to find the problem and the solutions. He put his all into our repair that required an overhaul of the whole system in the attic and did so with a smile. In extreme conditions. He’s family oriented, trustworthy, and highly experienced. After he saved us from having 98 degree days that had been going on for 7 weeks, I can’t express the gratitude. No one else the warranty company sent was willing to do the overhaul. He even installed a system that gave upstairs and downstairs different temperature capabilities. For big Jobs or small I will always call Thermal Comfort.
