The Rike Ecommerce Omdömen 

I ordered a product and I was sent a wrong unusable product.

I ordered two packets of Purslane seeds and received only one. I understand errors happened but I haven't been able to contact the seller. A message sent to their email but was bounced backed to me.

Excellent and quick service.

sent me the wrong item. Replying to emails gets me a bounced email. Writing to info@ Gets the same response. The email address for assistance is not active. Very frustrating.

I have not received the order.

Awesome products, delivered in a timely fashion. I mean, where ELSE can you find organic Ageratum Conyzoides?!?! Just excellent!

Shipping was very fast. Thank you so much! I deducted a star only because seeds are generally put into padded envelopes to keep from being damaged by sorting equipment or poor handling during delivery and these were not packaged that way. They don't appear damaged, however and they are currently stratifying.

I placed an order 14 days ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. No updates. No nothing.

I am very happy to received this product, it will be perfect for the company if your line of communication is always open, we need to talk to you directly and not by chat only so we can ask more questions on what we are buying, a good customer service will make your company more credible.

I ordered onf feb 3, until today feb 14 I still not receied the tumeric powder $19.99 that I ordered, I emailed the The Rike but no one response, and there is no tracking# or anything about this shipping ,
it is bad customer service.
Contact me, and let me know, where is my Tumeric powder.

The service is excellent and this is most important to the customers .

I initially gave one star for the experience with the Rike for an order of Katuk seeds. The seeds came several days late and were all broken. Rosie from The Rike got in touch and sent replacement but the seeds were also not good. It was a small order worth just a few dollars but I'm impressed and moved how Rosie kept reaching out asking about the order. She even offered to send more seeds and a gift, which I told her were not necessary. This kind of customer service is unmatched for such a small order. For this reason I changed my mind and gave the Rike and Rosie 5 stars this time. I'll certainly come back next Spring for seeds!

Except that the package hasn't moved for 12 days in usps, I'm satisfied.

I ordered and paid for a Savior Gun case. I waited almost 3 weeks for a shipping confirmation and a Tracking number. I got neither. I could not call Rike as per the phone number listed on there web site…out of order!
I sent numerous emails. Got more excuses…computer problems, then shipping problems…
I do Not trust Rike nor should YOU!
Total scam!!!!
