The Retrofit Source Omdömen

Warranty support was trash.

Found out the customer return service was excellent

The lights got here very fast and we’re still in good condition, which is better than I can see for some other companies

Warranty for side markers on my Gen2 Raptor, send out an email and got the ball rolling on my issue. Took longer than normal due to out of stock parts but service was great 👍🏼 Keep up the great service

Great customer service and warranty support. I had an issue with my LED setup and they responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped me through the replacement process. Really appreciate how professional and helpful they were. Definitely a company that stands behind their products."

Huge thanks to Zach! He was able to help me with everything i needed to retrofit my headlights. Best thing I’ve done, fast shipping with good prices!

Retrofit source has always been extremely knowledgeable about products offered for my truck, offer different options, and provide prompt product delivery.

LED lights are great. Ordered a couple of sets previously. Shipping can be better. Ordered on a Monday, received tracking number on Tuesday. USPS didn't receive it until Friday so it sat 4 days before getting shipped out. I'm not expecting Amazon delivery times but come on, waiting 4 days before having USPS pick it up needs improvement.

Retrofit source is as legit as it gets for anything headlights and lighting. The parts the offer are top quality. I appreciate that they were able to help me correct a shipping error I made. Appreciate your help!

Fast and easy transaction. Great products and stand behind their warranty along with Morimoto. Will buy from again!

Slim light for a sleek look. Easy self install. Was exactly what I needed for illuminating the area behind my 2025 GMC SLT 4WD while in reverse. The stock reverse LED’s are not replaceable. I hope they will last for years to come. I’ve only had them a month but I am very pleased!

These guys are the best when it comes to custom headlight parts. My retrofit turned out great thanks to the parts and guidance from the TRS team. Highly recommended.

The people at Retrofit Source really hooked me up with what I needed. The high beams on my 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black edition were a joke. Low beams are good but Honda went with a separate old school Halogen bulb. But that was a blessing in disguise, contacted the Retrofit Source and they got me a LED setup that can burn through the darkest of nights!. These LEDs are amazing!!!!. I also ordered the anti flicking boxes just to make sure this was a perfect instal. These units are small and I mounted them neatly near the light housings, turn out great and super easy to do the entire instal. Highly recommended!. Now we’ll see how long they last and whether or not I have to use what sounds like a good warranty.

Everything worked the way it was supposed to and performs great!

I like that they honored the lifetime warranty on their products. I gave it 4 stars because the replacement was not available at the time I made the claim so I could not use my vehicle at night in the meantime.

Great products and really helpful customer service

I recently purchased an open box set of Morimoto headlights for my Toyota Tacoma from The Retrofit Source. Upon arrival, I discovered one of the necessary adapters was missing. I reached out to their customer support team, and I was blown away by their responsiveness.
Even though it was an open box item, they didn't treat it as 'final sale' or 'as-is'—they immediately located the exact part I needed and shipped it to me the same day I contacted them. Their team went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my install wasn't delayed. It’s rare to find this level of accountability and speed in the automotive industry. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Great experience. Genuine Morimoto dealer with full warranty. When I needed a replacement they even paid for shipping the new parts and returning the first one, and did it in that order so I could avoid an extra install fee.
