I do not recommend

I do not recommend. They simply ignore messages, give you one day per workweek so they can maintain the desired volume of workers, 0 communication, 0 respect. You get the impression that they are working against you, not with you!

Good

Great experience so far. The team has been very supportive and responsive, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. Communication has been clear, and everything was explained well from the start, including onboarding and payroll.

I’ve felt well looked after and confident going into my first shift. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I had a positive experience with The Recruitment Crowd. The team was supportive and responsive throughout the recruitment process. They provided clear information about the role and helped me secure a Warehouse Operative position quickly. The communication was smooth, and they guided me well during onboarding and contract signing.

I have completed two weeks of work through this recruitment company and everything has been quick and very efficient.Even got me on shift one day earlier than originally planned. All going really well. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Hard work and dedication

Ihave experience working in fast-paced environments where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. I am confident in handling warehouse tasks such as sorting parcels, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring items are processed correctly within tight deadlines.
I understand the importance of working quickly while maintaining attention to detail, especially when scanning, labeling, and organising parcels for dispatch. I am physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving packages safely while following health and safety guidelines.
