Excellent experience!
Excellent experience! I ordered some vinyl records for delivery to France, and everything was perfect. The shipping was amazingly fast, only 4 days. The records arrived in great condition, with secure and careful packaging. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!

DO NOT BUY from this store if you value your time and money!
Initially, I thought the price was good. Was looking around for John Legend's Darkness and Light. They were selling at $32, shipping was $29, tax $5. So I paid $62.25 total (record + shipping + tax), then the waiting started. I waited for +3 weeks until I decided to check again. Turns out the record was returned to sender mid shipment, no communication whatsoever from these guys. So I contact them, they decide only to refund me $32. Shipping and tax? That money just disappeared. No explanation, no communication, nothing, TO THIS DAY. They are now claiming that my details were incomplete, yet I’ve been using Shopify almost 3 years now. Go through the reviews and see how many people faced this exact same issue. It gets to a point where you start to wonder. All these people can’t be wrong.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating this must have been.
After reviewing the shipment, the parcel was returned to us by the courier due to incomplete or insufficient delivery details, which unfortunately prevented successful delivery.
In line with our returns policy, we automatically refunded the cost of the record once it was returned. Shipping and taxes are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our side.
We do provide a tracking link once orders are dispatched so customers can follow delivery progress and address any issues that arise.
That said, we’re sorry for the lack of communication you experienced — that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at hello@therecordhub.com, and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you.
