The Recliner Store Omdömen

I was looking for a replacement controller, which no-one seemed able to find, and eventually left a message for Gary late on a Friday. He got back to me that evening, worked out what the problem was, identified the correct part number and got the product straight in the post to me on Monday morning. It works a treat. Great service!

Very efficient service. After telephoning to make enquiries, I was able to visit the showroom, try out and select a chair, then it was delivered the same day as I lived local. The chair is comfortable and the mechanism is extremely quiet. I would highly recommend The Recliner Store.

Honest and reliable…. Needed a good chair delivered quickly and they did just that within 48 hours.

My dad is over the moon

Gary at The Recliner Store's attention to detail with our order was second to none. He checked the initial order thoroughly and rang to check the intricate details to make sure all was correct. Moving onto the delivery, as we were having work done, he checked again to see if we were ready to accept the delivery. First class comms and first class service throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gary and his company for your furniture needs.

Highly delighted with the quality and service from this company. Gary was very helpful. Delivery was on time with my riser recliner. Would definitely recommend The Recliner Store.

A very good product at an affordable price supplied and delivered as promised with a helpful team

I was looking for a recliner riser for my wife and saw the company on the internet. I telephoned them and spoke to Gary he was very helpful and we arranged to meet him. When we visited him he was very helpful and showed us a few chairs he let my wife try them and he did not try to pressure her to rush or influence her to by any one chair but instead that she took her time and decided witch one she wanted. It was a nice change not to have pressure on you but be allowed to take your time and think about things. He delivered the chairs on the date and time that we wanted. He was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone

We turned up at the show room unexpectedly, Gary was happy to Show my elderly Mum and I the Recliner chairs in the show room,
Which was comfortable and warm. Mum felt very at ease and found it easy to choose which chair was comfortable and for her. Gary is very friendly and very helpful. The chairs are really good value for money. Delivery was very quick and they took all of the packaging away with them, and they set up the chair where my mum wanted it. Overall great experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Recliner chair. Thank you.

Great responce from sales team and knew their product. Overall pleased with their service.

We originally bought two leather recliners, we were so impressed by the quality of the chairs and service both on line, and by telephone that we decided to purchase a matching sofa. Once again brilliant service and quality second to none believe me we did our research before we made a decision where to buy from and I’m so glad we chose The Recliner Store, don’t hesitate.

Easy to order on line
Good customer service they phoned to check access to our house

What an excellent company. I was looking for a company who could deliver within two weeks. Everyone else had an 11 week turnaround, but Gary (bless his cotton socks) could get a chair to my 92 year old mum within two. This was in spite of the fact that the whole firm were on a much deserved weeks break. He was out in the snow in the Bradford countryside when I first spoke to him. NB this chair got excellent reviews and was not some off the shelf item from China
I cannot recommend this company enough.

A good product explained and sold in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. Very pleased with chair in all respects.
Delivered prior to expected date and assembled efficiently.
As you see, five stars summerises exprience.

helpful information given regarding replacement of remote to chair. Prompt service within the week of ordering, very satisfied and recommend their services.

From seeing what Recliner Store had to offer to actually receiving the suite the service and goods we received were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your services to us. Recommend you to other clients.

We saved nearly £1000 on the nearest price for the same products. The Recliner Store told us the expected delivery time frame and were true to their word. We have had nothing but a great experience from Gary at the Recliner Store and would mot hesitate to return to them in the future.

My elderly dad has just purchased a Riser Recliner from this company. The quality and operation of the chair exceeded our expectations. There were a selection of chairs to try out and Gary explained clearly how they all worked. The customer service from start to finish was excellent and we would highly recommend them.

Very good experience at the Recliner Store Bradford.
Gary was very helpful and had lots of knowledge about the product and the range of recliner chairs I was interested in.
He was so pleasant, polite and easy to talk to, there was no pushy sales talk either.
The expected delivery time wasn’t unrealistic.
The two chairs I ordered actually came earlier than expected and the delivery date and time to my house was discussed thoughtfully and with respect.
The chairs were then delivered, assembled and a demonstration on how to use them correctly was given to my parents.
I feel that the prices and delivery were much better than I had seen elsewhere.
It will definitely be the first place I would go to when looking to purchase either chairs, sofas or beds in the future.
I would highly recommend Gary and his business with confidence to anyone.

Great service from Gary throughout the process from a visit to his unit to delivery and set up of the chairs in our home.

Outstanding quality and service from a lovely family business! We can't praise them enough for their helpfulness, knowledge and expertise when it came to replacing our recliner chair and we are absolutely delighted with our new purchase! To say the recliner store staff went above and beyond to ensure we made the right choice with our purchase would be an understatement. A refreshingly reassuring and enjoyable shopping experience in these modern times of online shopping. Thank you!
