The Ragged Priest Omdömen 

Quick enough to take my money but returned an item over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing.
No phone no so can't gt to speak to anyone so have to email.
Total rubbish. Clothes are overpriced and customer service is non-existent.

Made a purchase on 9th May, money was taken out of my account straight away. Received a confirmation email but nothing else, no dispatch email, my order never arrived, I’ve emailed customer services twice and still not heard anything back. I’ve never had this experience before with anything. Safe to say I will never be purchasing anything from them again and will be taking further action.

Ordered on May 20th. Still not dispatched. Contacted customer service, told there are issues with the delivery company and it could take upto 21 days!! Ive never had this situation before with a clothing but reading the reviews, it's not just me. If you can't fulfill orders you shouldn't be selling the clothes.

Leaving a review as my last attempt to get their attention because I sent back over £200 worth of clothes, within the return timeframe, a month ago, no refund. Contacted them countless times, by email, social media. No answer. SCAMMERS

I purchased a pair of jeans that claim to be a size 24 inch waist but they were enormous. I’ve been chasing them for a refund since the beginning of April when I returned them and I just keep getting automatic response emails. I’m still out of pocket. Crooks.

Wrong size, now I have to send it back

I ordered a cardigan in the sale and it's so pretty! Exactly like in the picture. Also, the delivery to Germany took only about 2 days after it was sent. Overall great experience and I'll order again for sure. :-)

Son unos ladrones y estafadores, esas son las palabras que se merece esta entidad, pesima la gestion ya llevo 3 meses y me envian los mismos mensajes como si fuera una maquina, las respuestas poco coherentes no responden las preguntas me evaden el tema de la devolucion del dinero y en el momento de la compra si me quitaron la plata pero para devolvermela es un problema incluso no dicen nada de los productos, siguen haciendo promociones y marketing a productos que no van a enviar, no solucionan lo de los demas muy enojada y decepcionada para que montan un negocio si van hacer las cosas mal, digan que no pueden o tienen la capacidad para hacer envios internacionales y ya la gente no pierde el dinero y el tiempo con ustedes, deberia darles verguenza toda esta situacion es robo y estafa, necesito que se contacten conmigo y solucionen

Ghosts you upon asking for a return and refund. Its been a month and no word on it, i doubt ill ever get a word on it Sizes are inaccurate and the model photos don't represent the depth of their size range at all

all my product are getting shipp then returned to the client, been contacting the support they dont give a f idk what to say about this staff i did email them now its day 20 i didnt get reply, not refund not sent not nothing worst shop i ever seen

Ordered and paid for 2 items. Only 1 was in the parcel. Emailed countless times and was ignored until I raised a complaint with Paypal who refunded my money. Avoid this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I returned an exchange and am still waiting on my £60 back. They only have an email customer service and I have been emailing back and forth fkr over a month. They claim they cannot get the refund through to clearpay, where I paid, but this is a lie and clearpay have not received anything from ragged. Absolute joke. Lost £60. Never shopping with them again.

Every order was without issues.
Prize for the Quality is for my taste a little bit to high (wait for sales).
I recomment use the size chart for choosing the right size.

Oh bugger i wish i had seen this before i lost over £250 to this company. Its been weeks now and no help just waiting for my refund. Everyone who reads this who is being scammed lets all write/call into trading standards and get this company held liable, also we can report the brand to ASOS to deplatform their brand as they are scamming people. Soooo so bad!

It's been over a week since my order. I have messaged this company on all forms of social media where they regularly post, to be regularly ignored. No responses, yet they still continue to post. I've had absolutely no communication from the company other than an automated response saying how long processing of orders takes. 7-10 working days? Then why have I paid for 2 day delivery? And why is this not crystal clear on the website?
Imagine have the absolute brass neck to charge £80 for jeans and then taking two weeks to process and order and 10 days to post out? I've contacted clearpay to tell them I haven't received my order nor had any kind of verification of order so hopefully they will sort it out and I never have to deal with this absolute shambles of a company ever again.

Wish I saw these reviews before I bought! Paid for tracking shipping to return a hoodie that came way too big and a month a half later still no refund. Ragged Priest definitely take advantage of people returning items.... Be warned.

Ordered and paid for a jumper 10 days ago. At that point I received an order confirmation that does not give any details about delivery. No communication since. I feel like I may have been scammed.

Update- I chased up my order and received a rather unclear explanation about it having been held in the depot after maybe having been lost or damaged in transit. The order was automatically cancelled and on a positive note, I have now got a refund. The ubiquitous Sam at Ragged Priest customer service also offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to reorder the item. I don’t have any confidence in Ragged Priest to fulfil any order I place so much as I liked the thing I was trying to buy, I have no intention of placing any further orders with them.
