The customer service and helpfulness if there was a problem is very good I got help with my issue with emailing the company and they did answer and help me

I have to say I was very sceptical at first because I thought there's only so much you can do in a 50 minute appointment. I suppose I was rather scared that I would need lots of follow-ups to start making progress and I wouldn't be able to afford it.

I went to Prof. Ahmed Hankir, I kept an open mind but had pages of notes with me because I knew that when it came to the moment I would probably be able to verbalise or remember things.

In fairness, I did tell him at the beginning that I likely would minimise and struggle to put things in words. And you know what? I didn't have to refer to those notes once. Everything was pulled out of me so that when we were done, I looked at them one final time and there was literally nothing to say.

He is able to make very accurate distinctions between very similar traits/conditions that should realistically take a lot more time to distinguish, and genuinely, he said a sentence that was the key to unlocking everything. A single sentence that was worth tens of hours of time with other mental health professionals. So much so the therapist I was seeing was annoyed at him, because he read me better in the hour than she did in months.

He had pulled out everything that there was relevant. The conclusions he then reached were so accurate, he truely read me. I have only one regret and that's that I only found him now. I wish I had someone like this ten years ago. My life would have truly taken a different turn.

Fine, it's 'expensive', but in terms of what you're getting out of it, it's actually significantly cheaper than therapists, counsellors etc. His time is absolutely worth every penny they charge.

Fine, I would agree that the admin side perhaps isn't brilliant, but I would say it's still not terrible. Everything is done over emails, but they're relatively quick to respond over email, so it's okay.

10/10, I highly recommend Prof. Hankir wholeheartedly.

The process was very easy.
From getting the email to say they could assess our daughter, to having the appointments booked was literally two weeks.
They were very good with communication and made our daughter feel very comfortable within her assessment especially when she struggles with anxiety too.
The only thing I found a little fustrating was the wait for the final report, as we were told initially that it would be a four week wait. - when we hit the four week wait we were then told four to six weeks.
We did get the report and just over five weeks and it was so detailed and helpful.
I really appreciate all the hard work put into this for us especially with how many people they were seeing.
We’ve waited a long time for a diagnosis and this company helped so much.

We had a terrible experience with booking appointments at the private therapy clinic. I am not sure whose fault it was, but when we turned up for our original appointment, we were turned away as we were told they weren’t expecting us. Even though I had an email confirming the appointment. When we got to the waiting room, the receptionist told us that she would tell the therapist we had arrived. Then we waited nearly an hour before we were turned away. And the therapist actually walked past us several times before that! Our son was very frustrated and bored and I was getting more and more angry. When we got home, we got a phone call to book another appointment and we were accused of not actually showing up to the original appointment!
Then when I got another email confirming the new appointment, the time was in CET which is actually an hour different to GMT. Luckily I noticed this, as otherwise we would have missed the appointment. This was very confusing as the first original email was in GMT. I think this would probably catch a lot of people out. Once we finally got to an appointment, the therapist was very nice, but we weren’t told that our son would be filmed and that we would have to leave the room. The whole experience was extremely stressful.

The communication was amazing and felt every single person listen to me after all this time. Thank-you x

I had a general psychologist assessment with professor ahamed hankir and he was the best ive seen i have so much gratitude for this gentleman wish I found him a long time ago got all the answers I needed and report was very detailed and done within days im so happy thank u

My son had his assessment over 6 weeks ago.
Got told the report would take 2-4 weeks to reach me. Every response is the same. I even get called by the completely wrong name.
Also had the company ask me for my sons teachers name as they lost it in their report.
Would not recommend even through the NHS

First appointment received an appropriate diagnosis.
Psychiatrist got the information wrong when writing the report and made miscellaneous comments over me based on things that were not relevant
Was not an English doctor.
Refused me a further medical review of simple medication reduction and withdrawal and side effects after the natural curve of life threw some environmental complications
Made abstract snobby judgements not relevant to my request

Horrendous care, after care. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
It a dangerous place for mental health.
Avoid at all cost, they will take your money and destroy you.

Marta was a fantastic therapist! She provided a lot of reassurance and direction during a difficult time whilst my boy was very young - couldn't recommend her more! AAAAA++++

I've spent a lot on money going through this clinic and I've jumped every hurdle they have asked of me. I went to rebook a follow up appointment to get another prescription for my ADHD medication and the idiot on in accounts who IS NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED saw my BP etc were the same stable results as last time that were carried out by a private clinic from professionally trained staff, they decided to cancel my appointment without talking to me, ignored my emails and have left me without medication and now a drop to go through withdrawals on a high dose of medication. So because my physical observations of BP etc have stayed the same and stable and the numbers haven't changed, instead of using common sense and seeing this as stable health they just cancelled the appointment. Leaving me without the care and support I need and the drop from high dose meds to nothing.

I've paid £10 for a prescreening call. The call arrived 5 minutes late and I couldn't hear what they were saying. So I hung up and called back the London number which was on the screen. After the call, I saw I had received an SMS and it was from my SIMS provider letting me know I had been charged for the call as being 'international'. That was enough to turn me off from their service. Furthermore, I was told that any assessment would be online and I am not sure I'd like this. And that I would get a 'short written report' after the assessment. Not sure again I like the 'short' part of it. So, non, I'll look somewhere else, thanks.

I bought a BPD assessment and short report for 510 pounds the assessment was advertised for an hour and 40 minutes. The assessment lasted only an hour and felt quite rushed. The minimum criteria to meet for a diagnosis is 5 it seemed that after she hit 5 she was ready to end the session without exploring further criteria I fit. I felt instantly that something wasn't right and sent an email expressing my concerns which was ignored. When the report came back 4 weeks later it also seemed rushed and badly written with spelling errors. The first page said I hit 6 criteria and then the second page only listed 5 nowhere was it mentioned what the 6th criteria that was mentioned on the first page of the report was. I was initially offered a refund in goodwill which they took away because there was a misunderstanding on my end for a while I wasn't sure if it was a legit diagnosis or not and was very upset. They also offered a free follow-up appointment which they took away because it was a legit diagnosis and I was wrong. These interactions over email caused me great distress and I wish I had chosen somewhere else with what little money I have. There also another bad review on here about the same Dr. Vjosa so it seems I'm not the only one having trouble with her. I'd also like to add that in the beginnings of emailing my concerns I asked them for the formal complaints policy and wasn't given it. The company is quick to jump on here and defend themselves claiming it's all above board which I'm sure they will underneath this review but I suspect reviews like this will likely continue with the way they conduct themselves. I've also asked them to kindly cease contact with me because of the distress they caused so I should hope they don't try to reply to me on this review

Found this service to be extremely efficient. Dr Daniela , psychiatrist has expansive knowledge and experience. Took time to listen and genuinely concerned for patients well being, treats patients with respect and compassion. Reports and updated reviews /reports and treatment plans are excellent and always delivered with expediency. Overall definitely a good choice for ADHD, eating disorders, PTSD.

Staff didn't even bother to call despite requesting a call back. They then made up excuses that their tech was down when another agent had already confirmed they had overlooked the appointment. They acted as if they tried to contact me multiple times, which they didn't. I rescheduled, and they didn't turn up again. AVOID unless you want your time wasted by an incompetent team.
