Quality is very good,better than I expected. Price is very good for the quality. I purchased walking stick, tee handle shovel attachment,axe attachment and back pack, All were super quality and shipping was fast.

Ended up losing the compass part of the top tube and reached out on a whim to see if I could get a replacement compass piece (later found out you can order the top tube all together). Within 24 hours they responded and said they sent me a replacement for free. The package came very quick and turns out they just sent me a free replacement top tube piece even though they could have easily just told me to buy a replacement.

I submitted an order on 12/12 which it was to be a Christmas present. On 12/23 I find out that they don’t have the item in stock. Was told it would be delivered on 1/12. Today is 1/10 and thus far the item hasn’t even been shipped. Very very disappointed. They offer no updates and continue to advertise as they can deliver on their commitment. I would not recommend them at all.

There was a problem w delivery. Primeadventure immediately sent me a new product at no expense. When my post office realized the issue was on their end and was able to retrieve my package I notified primeadventure who in return offered me 30 percent off of the replacement as I was able to get my original product. It was great that they trusted I was not lying to receive free merchandise. This was a gift and my husband was thrilled when he received it. Highly recommend doing business w this company as they went above and beyond to fulfill my loss product in a very timely fashion. The walking stick I purchased is of great quality also. Thank you. Not only were they super fast to respond, but I was beyond happy that they were able to resolve my concern and accommodate me in a crunch. I liked all the products and they are really well built the only problem is that the compass in the walking stick likes to fall out and the one thing that I would like to see added is a winters themed colored backpack and really stick and customer service was really easy to talk to and they take their time and make sure you are taken care of and any issues you have are taken care of

Great company with great customer service. They went out of their way to get my 86-year-old father‘s birthday gift to me on time. He is a retired veteran and uses a stick he found on our ranch to go for walks. I got him the tactical walking stick. It is of the highest quality and I know he will love it.

Had to order the compass head for my stick the compass just fell out at sometime on my first walk spoke with someone and they are replacing for free wow great customer service I would shop again

The tactical walking stick is a great product with heavy duty construction. All the accessories came in sharp.
The compass was detached from the head and I called the customer service number. Emma returned my call that evening and today I received the replacement. Less than a week.

The shipping address on my order confirmation was incorrect! This was a gift for my son who would only be in town for a short time. I called in to customer service on 11/25/25 expecting no help but Emma was there and took care of everything! She made sure it hah not yet shipped and that it would go to the correct address when it did, Rmma, you were Fantastic! You saved my Holiday’. Then she even sent me an email confirming alll of the corrected information. Emma, you are exceptional at what you do!

I shopped around, extensively, for a Hiking, Survival Stick. I compared what I saw of the Prime Adventure Hiking Stick with others in that category. I settled on The Prime Adventure Hiking Stick and I am so glad that I did. It is very sturdy and could not be better made. It comes with all the survival tools that I could ever want or use. I like it so much that I ordered two more. Now I have a total of three. LOL

All parts ordered came quick! Way faster than I thought they would! Pieces setup easily and with out issue. Small issue came when portion with knife attached fell off my coffee table and landed wrong and the blade snapped. Contacted company and they replaced it no issue! Great product great company!

I really like the quality of this product!! The only suggestion I have is to do like I did and place a quarter in the rubber tip so the glass breaker doesn’t push through. I ordered the t handle as I am using it for the time being as a cane after Total knee replacement and went through 2 of them before I figured it out!! 😊😊 other than that perfection!! I would recommend 100 percent!! I just purchased 2 more for family members!!

Even after numerous requests for information, I have received nothing since purchase of the tactical walking stick. Just a confirmation of my purchase, no shipping information or even a response. Guessing I got scammed for $100

This company scammed me. I placed a large order for multiple items. I was very excited to receive this walking stick. Some of the items I ordered never arrived, and the tactical walking stick that is advertised to have multiple attachments such as blade, spear, etc had NO attachments at all. I have been talking to their customer service for over a month.

They said they would resolve the issue and send me a new order to replace the missing items. They had me return the items that I did recieve and then they ghosted me and kept my money.

They kept drawing out the issue over the last month promising they would send a replacement order. They even made an order but never sent a tracking and never shipped it. I believe they did this to wait out the amount of time to dispute it.

They had me wait over a month so that I could not file a claim on PayPal. Now they have my order that I returned and my money.

This is extremely disappointing. I am a disabled veteran and I wanted to use this walking stick for mobility. This company took advantage of me and has not made this right. I really wanted to like their product but I never had an opportunity to use it because they shipped an incomplete order. I hope that they will make this right but I have called dozens of times and left voicemails and they never answer the phone or respond. This is very bad customer service.
