At first I thought I was scammed because there was no communication regarding shipping of the jersey, only to find it in my letter box. Nonetheless, your products are of good quality. Just improve on communication.

I came across The Premier Jerseys on Instagram. I was a bit sceptical in ordering from them, however I have to say what a great service!!. I ordered two Shirts and what I received is absolutely fantastic. The quality of the shirts are brilliant, and it's saved me some money too!!. Hi, received my order and I am satisfied with it. The quality of the shirts is very good, the only problem is that they fit too small for me. I tried to do a refund but it’s not going through once I attached the files. I would like to do an exchange with a size XXL please. I emailed you but I’m not getting any reply. Get in touch please and let me know what to do next.

Fast forward over 1 month and I finally got my exchange, the size is absolutely ridiculous. I usually wear XL and had to swap for a XXL but your XXL is like an L. It must be made in China, they always size small and that must be the reason why it’s taking so long to arrive. Stay away from this site, it’s not worth it. No stars!!! 👎

Regarding your jersey, this was a very rare piece from 1985, and we went above and beyond to source it for you. Unfortunately, after searching extensively, we had to inform you last week that it was out of stock. At that point, we offered either a higher-value gift voucher or an immediate refund as a gesture of goodwill. You chose a refund, which was processed as quickly as possible.
We understand it was frustrating to wait, but our jerseys typically take 10-12 working days to source, and we always keep our customers informed of progress. As a small business of just three people fulfilling over 600 orders monthly, we genuinely aim to give every customer the best experience possible.
