I spent a few years listening to the TPM podcast, it was so inspiring, but it wasn’t until I joined the program that I finally got the results I was looking for. After I went through the first course, my wife said she sees that whatever I am doing is making a difference in the way I show up. I made the decision to join the brotherhood and the growth I’ve experienced is huge. I am literally a different person from the man I was 6 months ago. My coach, Franco, has been most helpful, so much wisdom and depth, he has been able to see what I really need in each step and give me advice on how to make the necessary changes. Before this program I tried marriage counseling and each counselor we saw told us that we should get a divorce. This program gives hope and it gives the necessary tools to get any relationship out of the pit of despair. I highly recommend and wish I joined sooner. Fair warning, the journey of growth will require a lot of work and a fair amount of time. Well worth it!

I joined TPM back in December 2024 with the goal of improving my relationship with my wife and kids. From day one, the Powerful Man support and encouragement from Coach Franco and the other guys in the program have made a profound difference. Thanks to their guidance, my relationships are in a much better place both as a father and with my wife.

The program offers a strong network of support, and you truly get out of it what you’re willing to invest in yourself. TPM focuses on key areas including self, health, relationships, wealth, and business, which creates a well-rounded approach to personal growth. Many of us pick one or two areas to focus on with list of feedback from the pack.

I am much better at making sure those around me are more heard, seen, and valued—something I credit directly to the impact TPM has had on me. If you’re ready to commit to your own growth, TPM and Coach Franco are incredible resources to help you transform your life.

The coaches made it great, Niell Talbot reached inside each one of us men inside our small group and reengaged us with ourselves and gave us tools we never had before. He taught how to use them and when to use them!

Accountability, brotherhood, and finding the answer by going deeper within yourself. That is what you can expect out of this program. I highly recommend this to anyone who is seeking answers to questions about how they are showing up. I am a better person for understanding myself better and resetting expectations about my marriage and my partnership.

I discovered who I am and I was able to save my marriage. This company truly cares about you and is there for you. The support I received was invaluable. Had I not taken the step to do the activation method, I'm sure my marriage would have failed. Thank you Powerful Man!

TPM helped me understand how to engage in a much healthier way with my wife. Books can teach but TPM puts it into action. The men leading the groups are profound in their commitment to helping other men have healthy relationships and their best life. TPM is not going to solve all of your problems, but it will provide profound tools and a supportive environment very different than traditional forms of support. The cost is high but I believe it is worth it, especially if you improve your marriage (priceless). My only downside comment relates to long-term support options which can be limited without significant time and financial commitment. I am fortunate to have found some great people to help me with a long-term approach.

Brotherhood, accountability, awareness, openness, and greater understanding of myself. All gained by the mentorship of this program. For sure saved my marriage, but most of all saved myself worth. I knew I worked hard, and was resilient to life’s struggles. The why and who I was did not represent my authentic self, wearing a series of masks to fit molds that weren’t mine. I am very proud of myself and the decision to join this program. I owe the next 45+ years of life worth living to the men in TPM.

I’d say my coach Franco and the TPM framework was the single reason I’m still married today, and even happy to be so! I’ve also made major life changes towards lasting fulfillment professionally, made bigger and better business decisions and have been impressed with how things have played out. Caveat: I did show up consistently, I was honest with myself, and I didn’t hold back. Have had a few friends go through TAM as well, with similar results. I’m so grateful to TPM for what they’ve put together and continue to provide!

I joined Jun of 2025. The Resources, knowledge, and support are 2nd to now. My only regret with joining is why didn’t I join earlier. It is has been the best think since the birth of my kids and meeting my wife. I love everything this organizing stands for and the messaging is top notch.

One of the best experiences of my life. The Retreat was done in such a way to maximize results. And the coaches, in particular Steve, Mike, Eric, and Doug knew exactly what we needed to motivate us and help each of us get exactly what we needed.

I highly recommend TPM. But I’d also say don’t just take my word for it. Do your homework, listen to the podcast, check out their website. Find out what they stand for and teach. I just wish I had found these guys and this program sooner.

Do yourself a favor and if you’re reading this, set up a call and ask what you need to to get off the fence. You won’t regret it.

The Alpha Reset from The Powerful Man was the single most impactful, life changing 3 days of my entire life. If you’re on the fence, just do it. I’m 100% certain you will be happy you did.

So many of us have have been moving forward in life feeling lost, empty and without purpose. This organization exist to help men! Real growth can happen but not without action. The TPM coaches are true leaders that can help you help yourself! I just finished the Alpha Reset and it was truly a transformational experience I could not have done without the incredible coaches. I was hesitant to join this group and attend their programs but after joining I can say this was the best decision Ive made in a long time. The group that leads the Powerful Man are truly invested in your success and are more hands on than any other personal growth programs I've been exposed to. Coach Mike and Coach Steve are two of the most grounded authentic men I've had the pleasure of getting to know. Coach Eric was equally authentic and grounded and cooked up some amazing meals and brought some fantastic energy to our retreat/reset! The cabin we stayed at was first class, very clean, extremely comfortable beds and the view and surrounding grounds were exceptional. Well manicured lawns, plenty of great space for us to spread out and be in nature while we worked on our exercises as part of the reset. The coordinator Phil Madden was excellent, they gave us a list of things to pack and prepare for, they had excellent directions and accomodations for getting from the airport to the retreat. No detail was left out, it made getting there really easy and stress free. Doug Holt the co-founder of TPM was also there as a coach and to oversee the reset. He took us on a guided meditation experience that was superb. I've done several guided meditations and haven't had the deep experience I had at the retreat. I can also say that Mthis group is seriously just high performing top notch men that attend. The screening process for TPM must be on point because I met 8 of the coolest guys that are now brothers and life long friends. This is an extremely powerful self growth self exploration experience, worth every penny x 10. For anyone having questions about this retreat, it's not fru-fru stuff, it's not a gay orgy, it's truly a group of professional healers that bring out the best in you and help you discover through self reflection what areas of your life you are not showing up in and how to close the gap. Fantastic, exceptional, huge ROI, I cannot truly say enough good things about how impactful this experience was!

I can’t say enough about the value of this organization and the methods they employ. I joined in November and within the first six months completely turned my life around and fixed the decades-old problems in my marriage. Divorce was almost a certainty before I joined. I am staying plugged in and plan to forever be involved as self-improvement is a lifelong journey. It was well worth the investment of time and money.

These guys are everything I hoped for and more. I got everything I was looking for, my marriage is better now than when we first got married and even dating years. I’ve learned what it means to lead and truly love.

The powerful man is not a cheap inexpensive product of course but it’s full of value. The activation method and the brotherhood are both worth every penny! The wealth of knowledge in the app and the coaches who guide you are top drawer. The network you build and the transformation you can achieve is way beyond what I expected.
Doug and Tim have created a whole new paradigm and it’s with an open heart I can recommend any of the organizations courses.
