Following a small error when trying to withdraw winnings I contacted them immediately to notify about the error only to have "Kentigot" the service agent repeatedly end the chat with no help. I tried again and was helped by two great service agents. Now they have restricted my account and the $1500 I won and was withdrawing I have no access too. They are liars and cheats so don't bother also they offer no help and there is no formal contact or dispute resolution process. SCAM SITE 100%

I just deposited $30 and accidentally accepted a bonus . So was aware bonus wagering would be hard . I won money on payday pig and on hot chilli and my balance was around $230. My phone froze and I restarted it and my balance was suddenly $51.

I immediately went to start a live chat, assuming they would simply fix mistake but ut was very hard to get to chat with an agent , and when I finally connected with rep and started to explain what happened. She vanished, after giving me this unacceptable reply

I went on to ask what happened ? How did it happened and said I need it rectified , And I was ghosted by them

My decision to use this site was mostly due to them offering customer service 24/7 cos I fear something like this happening

In response to Ally Laycocks review and anyone else that has issues like hers there, there's only and best option you have at casinos like that is to sign up at casinomeister and casino-guru. Once signed up go through the "complaint against a casino" and put through a detailed complaint about the casino in question. both websites I mentioned have reps that work for them that put through and contact casinos directly that have complaints against them to try and resolve issues like yours.
One way about getting back at casinos like that is through casino review website because most casinos do everything they can to prevent getting bad publicity about them.
As well as those two websites I would look for as many as I could that are similar in the hope that one of them will come through for you, and worst case if it doesn't help, at least it gives rouge casinos like that a bad name and will hopefully financially hurt them a lot more than they stole from you.

Hi 28 July 2023 I won $9000 I went to withdraw it and there are someone else bank details I tried to remove them to add my details but it won't let me then the game kick me out and said server error please reload the game so I reload the game and it wouldn't load so I wait for an couple of hours and then tried to load the site it finally worked and now my $9000 has gone I haven't use it so I contacted customer service multiple times and they said I have had used it up I know myself I haven't they wouldn't refund me so I said I was going to see a lawyer about my winnings ($9000) then they blocked and restricted my account permanently just because I asked where my winnings went to and what the ip address of the device it was use from if it was use I know it wasn't but they just blocked and restricted my account permanently

What I'm about to tell you next should stop you from EVER using this site.
Once I clicked on withdraw, I randomly read all my details- I don't usually I just enter the amount and click on submit.
Once I read through i realised the acc in which my winnings would go to had been changed!!! It was not my account.

Now. You as a user cannot change your account details manually, it is locked. So I was not hacked. It 100% had to be changed INTERNALLY. So the people running the site CHANGED MY WITHDRAWAL ACC to what can only be assumed as THEIR details.

I tried to converse with them. They just kept telling me they transferred the chat. Noone would fix the issue. It was as simple as changing it back to my account details I would believe! This didn't happen. They were unhelpful and kept diverting the chat to a non existent party. They are STEALING our money!

Most people wouldn't double check those details if they have been playing for a while and have used the withdrawal function many times. It's a given that details would remain the same. This is clearly what they are betting on and when a withdrawal request is made the money would go to them and not to ourselves, but we wouldn't be able to contest as we "didn't check details were correct".

Well as I said, doesn't matter if you DO know they are wrong they will ghost you and pretend they don't know what's going on.

Don't play on this site it's a total scam.
