I have used several 'pocket door' companies for projects and just received my first order from The Pocket Door Company. So refreshing to receive an order that was complete, delivered to site quickly and exactly as ordered.

My new go to Pocket Door shop.

An excellent company with great after sales service, if needed. I had a problem. Contacted them, and got a response the next day, with a solution to my issue they went beyond my expectations.

Excellent communication throughout the process. One item was delayed but I was contacted to check I was ok with this. Another parcel arrived damaged but when I raised concerns about this they replied promptly to assure me that nothing important had been lost form the box. Very pleased with the finished product - a double fire door from Eclisse.

The gent i spoke to on the phone was very nice but icwaited in all day the next day because i received a sms from DX saying it would arrive. It didnt come and turns out it hadnt even been picked up. The next day i received another sms and this time it did come however i ordered 2 x 70mm sliding door frames and when the order arrived 1 was 70mm and the other was 90mm. Bit of a shambles really. The product themselves seem ok, a bit thinly made but they were a very good price so can't complain about that.

Excellent product - haven't completed the wall build yet but I've built up the assembly ready to install and it's a well thought out robust design. Once it's secured to the stud wall you can tell it will be bombproof.
Comms with the Pocket Door Co was excellent with a confirmation phone call made before dispatch. That was appreciated. Delivery was quick.

The product itself is good and delivery was quick, but the customer service was very disappointing. One of the soft-close parts arrived damaged, so I contacted the company for a replacement. The response I received was unhelpful and rude — I was basically told to do whatever I wanted because it was Saturday and they weren’t working. In the end, I had to contact the manufacturer directly and got everything sorted myself. Knowing the price is the same, I would have ordered directly from the manufacturer from the start.

I used Eclisse Pocket doors System for my kitchen and utility room and I am very please with the results. The doors and quiet, look great and have transformed the way we use the space. Istallation was straight forward and the material quality was brilliant. I am already looking at ways we can utilise them in other rooms in the house. Highley recommended

Instructive website, good price and very quick delivery.

The kit arrived as ordered and in a couple of days from the order. The only thing I would say is that the instructions could have been clearer, particularly the synchronisation kit.

If you go for a self closing system,make sure you add soft closer to your order. Otherwise you end up like me looking at the door slamming against the door frame.How naive I was thinking surely the most expensive option will come with soft closer in it.When I called James I heard from him that people are normally aware of it and only because I’m not a trader/installer I made this mistake and assumed something. If this was the case website should only be allowed for a traders? Had to order separate soft closer and on the top of that pay extra to installers for removing door architrave and part of a skirting to be able to fit it. Website should be more customer friendly when ordering,more clear explanation for dumb people like me🤷
