Claims it works with Android 8.0 and above, but what Tech Support won't tell you until the 18th response is that it is not backwards compatible and works only with the latest phones. My phone is version 8.0, which the web page and the ads claim is sufficient for the PhotoStick.

I was very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of this company. I had an issue with my order, entirely my fault, and they made every effort to sort out the matter. On 5/24/25 I had a slight problem with a PhotoStick. Rachel P. helped me and this is what I wrote to her when we were all done. I thought I would share it to potential customers.

This is absolutely the slowest backup on the planet! I feel like underneath that plastic thumbdrive is a POTS modem. I made a mistake buying this.

My original Photoshop was defective but several months had passed since I purchased it. I emailed PhotoStick customer support and they put me in touch with Rachel. After a few emails to Rachel and providing the information requested, a new PhotoStick was shipped to me. Rachel did an excellent job resolving my problem. The new PhotoStick works great and I am able to backup my photos and contacts on my phone and iPad. I highly recommend PhotoStick.

The PhotoStick participates in spam email advertising. Block the email and they just use another address.
Reply - The reply from Photo Stick is just an auto generated reply. Has nothing to do with the reason for my rating.

I bought the OMni Stick 128 GB for €117.98 & €9.99 p& p . I was very reluctant to pay that amount for a stick but i went with it weighing up the value if it worked as said it should. €127.99 is a lot of money but i was not prepared for the customs charge being so high. i would have expected around €10 but shocked today to have to pay another €27.99 to have it delivered in Ireland.
Bottom line, not a good deal for us Irish ( or English) either by sounds of the reviews. Maybe should leave to the American market and hopefully someone will do something similar here in Ireland. I feel robbed!

I bought a Photostick 2.0 directly from the company (I'm in Canada).
I started with my system on OSX Monterey.
The software installed with no problem, it ran and listed photos throughout my system as expected, but it refused to copy them to the stick itself.
I tried it on two friends' Macs, one on Ventura, one on Sonoma, then I upgraded my system to the latest Sequoia.
Exactly the same thing happened in all four cases.
The company sent a replacement: exactly the same behaviour happened.
The Mac version of the Photostick software simply does not work.
And, they have not only refused to refund my money, but have told TrustPilot that I never requested a refund. I have refreshed their memory by sending them a copy of my communications with them, which clearly shows that I twice requested a refund after having spent expert time showing them exactly where the problem was in their product.

I ordered and paid for two photosticks on 15 December 2024. They have still not arrived, 19 Ferbruary 2025. This company appears to be a front for a major scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

I ordered 5 photo stick omni for a total of nearly £336. All I have received is 5 flash drives which I could have bought in the uk for a lot, lot less. THE PHOTOSTICK.COM replied, just with a copy of my PayPal receipt & because of the time difference they are only contactable for about 3 hours a day. I guess PayPal will be the next step, but I was trying to hang on for a proper reply from photostick.

I lost my omni photostick adapter and searched forever online for a replacement. All I had to do was chat with customer service live, who was great, and I’m receiving a replacement NO chg. GREAT support person and company.

Unfortunately was the value inside the parcel of the ordered PhotoSticks 50% higher than my payd was.
So was the Taxes over 50% higher than normal.
A short eMail to the support and Rachel (Director of Customer Relations) refund me with 50% of the payd tax.
Great service for my first buy for two PhotoSticks. Other orders will follow next time!

ThePhotoStick customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my photostick Omni which I’ve had for a while. After contacting customer service a replacement was sent at no charge immediately. Communication is excellent and prompt. Great company to deal with.

I was dealt with promptly when I called out for help. Help was made available even given major problems with time zone differences. I live in Australia.
I was patiently taken through the steps to identify why my PhotoStick Omni appeared not to be working. When it was found that the stick itself was malfunctioning, the company immediately arranged for me to have a replacement stick.
I am of senior years (81) and retired. But as a retired academic and Catholic priest I rely on memories to be kept in The PhotoStick. This was my second and bigger PhotoStick.
I am grateful for the kind, patient, and superb professionalism extended to me and would recommend this company to all.
