The person that wrapped the perfume did…
The person that wrapped the perfume did a really bad job and when i told him he wasn't wrapping properly he showed attitude and said that I was being disrespectful. When a customer has paid £1.99 for wrapping I would like a better job done then the wrapping being torn from the sides and the celloptape all crinkled together. It was not professional at all.

Couldn’t fault the lm at all
Couldn’t fault the lm at all. Service was exceptional in store and online. Knowledge was brilliant and the recommendations I got were spot on, they knew what type of smell I liked from asking what my favourite brand was, I got a good price for what I bought, and all the product ls were in perfect condition. I would definitely give the Swindon staff, who helped me, a pay rise as it’s their service that will be the reason I go back.
