I am a huge fragrance collector and very particular about my scents, but Jill at the Silverburn store makes every single visit a total joy. She is super friendly, so much fun to chat with, and consistently goes out of her way to help me find the perfect new addition to my collection.
Her customer service is second to none to the point where I won't buy my fragrances anywhere else now.
She is the sole reason I keep coming back to this stroe. If you’re heading in, definitely look for Jill! 5⭐️'s

We were served by Janice. She was such an amazing, patient and supportive worker, we had a really big shopping and she supported us with whatever we wanted and needed. She helped us with such dedication and our experience was really good and so happy with it. The shop had a large variety of products and provided us with our needs, so happy with this experience😊 We definitely recommend this perfume shop in Silverburn as the other workers are really passionate with their work too, but Janice was an amazing help!!
