Was served by Nicola today service was great listened to what I wanted and advised me what was suitable perfume on my skin . Nicole had a chat presented the perfume in a bag with tissue paper which I thought was a nice touch , made us feel welcomed in the shop left feeling very happy with my purchases and my daughter bought a bottle of perfume .

Served by Janice and she was exceptionally helpful and lovely. Really knowledgeable and made the shopping trip a great experience.

We visited the Silverburn store on Saturday and Nicola provided outstanding service and expert advice while we were selecting perfumes as gifts. She was highly professional knowledgeable and attentive making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. The entire team was welcoming and helpful creating a great atmosphere in the store. It’s an excellent store and we always enjoy visiting whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

We were served by Janice. She was such an amazing, patient and supportive worker, we had a really big shopping and she supported us with whatever we wanted and needed. She helped us with such dedication and our experience was really good and so happy with it. The shop had a large variety of products and provided us with our needs, so happy with this experience😊 We definitely recommend this perfume shop in Silverburn as the other workers are really passionate with their work too, but Janice was an amazing help!!

My aunt & I visited the store late last Thursday. We both left very happy with our purchases. The team in store couldn’t have been more helpful and had great knowledge of what scents to offer once we described what we normally wore. I left with a new scent and placed an order online with them for an old favourite which is being discontinued however still available online for the time being.

The online order arrived at my address two days later. (Free postage)

Love my new perfumes, but already looking forward to my next visit when these run out!

Visited The Perfume Shop in Silverburn and the staff went over and above to make our visit extremely pleasant. Nicola attended to us and was such a lovely lady and very informative in helping us choose an aftershave and gift wrapped the gift to perfection. We also got a new points card as my old one had expired and this gave us a great discount off of our purchase. Will certainly return after being treated so well. It was a pleasure

Nicola the lady who served me and my girlfriend was fantastic the customer service was amazing could not get any better. There should be more people like Nicola in the world with how kind and helpful she was.

I can’t read the writing on the back but it was the lady who helped me find the right aftershave for myself. Her service was second to none & she’s the reason I came back to buy the aftershave. Very down to earth easy to talk to and lovely woman all round. Couldn’t believe she was just in training. I hope she gets the job because she would be a great asset to the team. All the best.
