Lovely staff
Having had lukewarm customer service at a perfume counter elsewhere we went to The Perfume Shop at Silverburn. Staff were really friendly and helpful and rather than just buying the aftershave we were after, we also bought a bottle of perfume. We will be back.

Jill is the best help for finding wedding scents!!
Jill helped us to find our wedding scents in the middle of July and made it such an enjoyable experience. Her professionalism, vast knowledge and genuine joy helped us massively in buying our scents as it is not something we usually do! I am a huge fragrance collector and very particular about my scents, but Jill at the Silverburn store makes every single visit a total joy. She is super friendly, so much fun to chat with, and consistently goes out of her way to help me find the perfect new addition to my collection.
Her customer service is second to none to the point where I won't buy my fragrances anywhere else now.
