Hi I was blessed today by Susanne for helping me to choose the perfect present for a dear friend .

Awesome fragrance,delivered on time,loved the communication keeping me informed.

Susan was amazing excellent customer service love her !!!!

It was my first time buying perfume and as I walked in I was greeted very kindly by Suzanne. She gave me to try some samples and gave a nice first lesson about perfumes. A very nice experience which will never make me second guess if I should go in and buy something else again.

Suzanne , In the newbridge store was amazing and so helpful she helped me find the perfect perfume for myself , Suzanne was lovely to talk too and very friendly and helpful I was very happy with the service and would definitely ask for Suzanne’s assistance again.

I received the wrong aftershave online. I was allowed to change it in my nearest perfume shop . The assistant in newbridge whitewater couldn’t have been more helpful she was excellent. I came away a very happy customer and I even bought a perfume for myself.
