Aurora at the Metrocentre was really kind to my son and was very knowledgable about the fragrances. We went away and came back to purchase, she remembered my name and our conversation. Very personal touch. She also informed us about the company and how they are becoming environmentally aware, she seems very passionate about her job and the company she works for which is refreshing to see.

Walked in for my birthday perfume, was served by Melissa who was lovely and let me try some of the testers to find the right perfume, was really attentive and lovely xx

My partner and I were served by Aurora and let me tell you her customer service was the best I seen in a very long time. Friendly, engaging and very helpful. Nothing we asked was too much. She is a credit to Perfume. Thank you for your service today Aurora. We has a great day in the shop.

Lauren was absolutely amazing, I was trying to find a gift for grandads 70th and having a very active 8yr old to wrangle was hard, Lauren took all in stride with incredible customer service and paid a lot of attention to my son letting him smell certain aftershaves, Lauren even gave him a little sample for himself, incredible customer service what a lovely experience

Aurora was so genuine and lovely on my visit! Helped be pick the best deal and what was on offer. Such a lovely person to speak to and signed me up to the rewards card too. She is the reason I will come back to the store - thanks again!!

Really fabulous experience at The Perfume Shop Metro Centre. My wife and I walked in about 20 minutes to closing time, and Lauren was really helpful. I went to expand my perfume collection and Lauren went on and on recommending perfumes and sprayed testers. Even when I told her I would shop online, she went on to tell me about the 20% etc.
Lauren showed great knowledge of the perfumes and her customer care was top notch. I had planned to buy only 2 bottles, but ended up with 4 top sellers.
Lauren is very engaging, very customer oriented, no rush

Placed an order online for collection. When I arrived in store, there was a really polite lady, took my order number, found my order and asked to see my ID. I showed her my driving licence and off she went behind the counter to pick my order. Another colleague then abruptly shouts over ‘what are you looking for? It’s not over there, it’s over here’ in a really nasty short tone. The rude colleague then looked at me and said ‘You got any ID’ again in a rather nasty tone. I then said ‘oh I’ve just shown the other girl my ID, you were there’ she then goes on to say again in her rather rude short tone ‘yes well she’s just a Christmas temp, I need to see it’ I was quite taken aback about her blatant undermining of a colleague who was stood next to her. I felt heartily sorry for the girl who was nothing but helpful and pleasant to me. Maybe if this other colleague took an ounce of her level of customer service, I wouldn’t be here writing a negative review about my experience. How embarrassing for The Perfume Shop.

After going back to the metro centre shop for the 2nd time to buy more aftershave, the lady that was working was amazing she had a trainee working who was also nice, so friendly, offered me a points card which was not offered a few days before when I had purchased aftershave, the product I wanted had sold out they ordered on line for me so helpful will definitely be returning when this lady is in again.

Gabriel in the Metro Centre shop was absolutely outstanding professional polite and couldn’t do anymore to help us. Wish more Young shop assistants were like this

Served by Aurora (metrocentre red mall) who was extremely helpful and patient when trying to decide on a perfume. Very knowledgeable about the brands and variety of fragrances.

Caiden is a fantastic employee always offering the best customer service, knowledgable about the products, great example for the company! 10/10
