Lovely staff and very welcoming

I had such a fantastic experience with Sara at The Perfume Shop! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect fragrance. Sara really knows her stuff — she listened carefully to what I liked (and didn’t like) and guided me through a few great options I’d never have thought to try.

What stood out most was how patient and attentive she was — no rushing, no pressure, just great advice and an obvious passion for what she does. Thanks to her, I walked out with a scent I absolutely love and a big smile on my face.

It’s rare to find customer service this personal and thoughtful these days. Huge thanks to Sara for making the whole experience so enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back (and recommending her to friends too!).

Millie/Steph - absolute stars and a credit to this store! Without their excellent customer service, I would have headed towards Boots instead but they excelled in keeping me in the store and buying from them!

Been to The perfume shop at The Fort and the service was just okay but the one at Merry Hill 1 is exceptional, especially Little steph who not only assisted us but helped us choose with in our budget and preference. What took the staff at Fort nearly an hr was done here in 10 minutes. Top quality customer service!

Abbey had great product knowledge, explained which perfumes and aftershaves had the best discount offers and gift wrapped my purchases.
Even had some samples thrown in too.

I visited Merry hill perfume shop downstairs for collection and Libby and Meghan were amazing and helpful.

Lauren was an absolute star she really helped me with picking a new scent for my husband and really took the time and I didn’t feel rushed at all and it was wrapped so nicely!
