Great customer service, the shop did not stock required perfume, however the member of staff was so helpful and arranged an order and home delivery ..definitely use The Perfume shop again.

Brilliant customer service from a lovely lady called Beth. She was really sweet & helpful. Really knew her stuff. She even put some great extras in too which was really nice. 100% will be back again. Amazing staff!

I went into the Perfume Shop on the…
I went into the Perfume Shop on the bottom floor across from Primark in Meadowhall (shop No 2) on Saturday 4th July around 3pm. I was looking to purchase some perfume, however when I asked the young girl assistants they ignored me and carried on chatting. I asked again but got no response so I left. If this is the way forward with the young of today I find it very rude. If that had been me in my workplace I would have been reprimanded for that kind of behaviour. Doubt If I will shop there again.
