We popped into the Parc Trostre store in Llanelli today and were greeted by two smiley ladies. Had pleasant interactions with both ladies whilst my husband and I browsed the store.
Unsure on what to purchase on this occasion, Helena stepped in to assist. She was personable, friendly and knew her fragrances. She was so lovely and absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed chatting with her without feeling rushed at all. Her positivity
and helpfulness was amazing.
We purchased 2 perfumes, 2 aftershaves and a set of 3 atomisers. We only went in for an aftershave. Helena's customer service was exceptional and she truly is an asset to the Llanelli store. We will definitely be returning soon to make more purchases. Thank you.

The staff member was Hayley very helpful and knowledgeable about the purfume I was going to buy will definitely be going back to the shop.

First time ever going into the store, a friend recommended it for after shave and I have been looking into getting some for myself. The two ladies at the counter we super nice, Hayley in particular, let me smell a variety of different after shaves and I eventually decided on Boss Triumph and even bought their small travel capsule and got it filled with Stronger With You (Can't remember exactly which one). Also went on a day which so happened to be 10% off with purchases over £60. Overall a great experience, great customer service and very helpful. Will be going back once I've finished the bottle, to buy another one.

We had a fantastic experience when visiting the Llanelli branch. My 14 year old son wanted to try some different aftershaves, Bonnie was very patient with him and gave him several options. I felt the service was excellent and really appreciated Bonnie's knowledge of the fragrances.

Recently visited the Llanelli store where I was served by Casey
Casey was exceptional with helping me find something for my mum for Mother’s Day
The fragrance was wrapped, I was given a free gift and some samples for her, will definitely be shopping and recommending the store again
It made my mums day and she was thrilled

Me and my daughter went to get perfume. Bonnie was lush. So helpful she had such a passion for her job. Happy, helpful such a lovely lady. The way she would describe the perfumes you can tell she loves her job
