Today I was at Kilburn store. I meet Brenda, she was amazing!! I am a very happy curtomer.

I was looking for perfumes to serve as gifts to my loved ones back home. I had no idea what I was looking for. I shyly approached the counter and spoke to TPS staff Geanina. She was so helpful, attentive and patient with me. She helped me test the samples and gave me a quick run through of the latest products and promotions, etc. In the end, I finally found and bought the perfumes I needed. Thank you, Geanina! You are a gem!

I honestly had a great experience in Kilburn Superdrug with Adina, she is great at her job and made me feel sastisfied with my purchase. She understood me very well and was patient. Ps. Geaginin was also great. I left the store very happy 😊

My experience was excellent. The service was incredible. I was served by Brenda today at Kilburn High Road and she was so cheery and she really knew what she was doing. She never got impatient when I kept asking to test more perfumes and when other customers came over, she managed to divide the time between us without making us feel like we were waiting. I can only rate 5 stars because it’s the limit but I would rate more if I could. Highly Pleased!!

i visited the perfume shop at Kilburn and was served by a lovely lady called Brenda.
even though there were several people waiting to be served and she was the only staff on position ,she has a cheerful smile on her face, as she acknowledged customers waiting to be served. she was polite ,composed and cheerful.
