The assistant in the Derby branch was so amazing 👏 she was friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to be served by someone who really cares about her work. Sadly we did not catch her name but she is a massive credit to the company.

Excellent experience within the downstairs store at Derbion. Georgia went over and beyond to help me obtain a new everyday perfume, with great tips and tricks for making the smell last longer. Incredible deals all around the store. I will defiantly be coming back

I had such a wonderful experience at Perfume Shop. I went in to pick a birthday gift for my partner, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. A lovely lady assisted me with writing a beautiful message and wrapping the gift and her name was Mika. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire shopping experience was so pleasant. Highly recommend this store for great products and amazing service

The best fragrance shop
Definitely the best fragrance shop I have been to. The prices are unmatched and some brilliant offers.
Was served by Aisha, very kind and polite lady, and helped me get the most for my money.
was very happy the service, and the final product. A top brand fragrance hugged by a teddy and gift wrapped with a custom message ribbon. Was perfect.
I'll be certainly coming again.
Highly recommend.
