The Perfume Shop - Darlington 121 Omdömen

What a laugh, never met someone, clicked and laughed so much in such a short time. Louise, you made my day. Brilliant, professional and funny from start to finish.

Amazing service from Louise! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect perfume. A truly lovely experience.

Walked in, I was warmly welcomed straight away. I was struggling to find something I would like so I asked the lovely lady Paula for some advice. I asked for something sweet and floral and she pulled the best smelling perfumes I have ever smelled. I had a hard time picking one. I became obsessed with the scent I chose. Paula was so good at picking exactly what I wanted in a bottle. So pleased with what I got couldn’t recommend them enough.

I was served today by the lovley Louise
She showed me the new Alien but I wasn’t keen
I then spotted the Bridgerton range and as an avid fan of the series Louise showed me those
I purchased the Graceful Hydrangea which I love and very reasonably priced
Thank you Louise for helping me and your knowledge of the perfumes 💕

We just bought a few perfumes and Paula was super helpful in showing all the different scents. Really pleasant experience. Thank you

Went in to buy a new fragrance for my son’s birthday. Sophie who served me was really helpful, polite and took the time to give suggestions and lots of sample scent sticks to try. I came out happy with a purchase and at a really good bargain!

I use the perfume shop quite a lot as I get good value when I order my perfume or my husband’s aftershave. Always competitive prices.

Visited the Perfume shop, Cornmill Centre, Darlington, on Sunday 30/11/25.
My wife wanted to buy some perfume for Christmas, but was unsure of makes, deals etc. The member of staff -Sophie- was outstanding. Showed us our options, sold us ‘up’… we spent more than we would have.. ( good sales technique ..!) was a joy to talk to, made the whole experience painless. In short, she was exceptional. A credit to the store. We will return….

Fabulous service from Louise today. Thank you. X

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at your Darlington store. Considering how busy they are its credit to them the way they all keep a smile on their face, well done girls.

They were helpful and kind

Great product, great price and very speedily delivered

I bought a perfume on-line for my wife's birthday, which arrived on the date advised. However, when my son took the delivery from the courier he told me to be careful as there was something rattling.
I carefully opened the box to find the chain and lid loose and when I tried to pish the lidvon the internal workings fell into the bottle.
I spoke to customer service via live chat and was advised to take the bottle back to the nearest shop, which is in Darlington. Although this is approx 15 miles away, I did that today (23rd November) only to find that they did not have a replacement. The assistant was, however, very helpful and agreed that the bottle was faulty with the neck of the bottle not straight and processed a refund for me.
I have since ordered a replacement, fir which I am keeping my fingers crossed comes in working order.

Fantastic service particularly Ann very friendly I’ll definitely be back

Great customer service and excellent service by far

Experience was flawless I was served by Jen who was extremely helpful when I was choosing a perfume I will 100% be returning
She gift wrapped it for me aswell perfectly

Louise was able to narrow down the perfume I wanted with a lot of patience with my description.

I went into the perfume shop to find a gift and I left understanding that the greatest gift was a member of staff called Sophie.
Thank you perfume shop ❤️
