I just received great service from the store manager named Michael. He was a joy to be around. Very funny and made the whole experience worth it. He even offered to gift wrap the perfume for my mum with a ribbon. She was delighted. Thank you so much.

My experience was amazing. There was a lovely worker named michael. He took extreme care and treated me and my siblings with the upmost respect. He was very very helpful and done a lot more than he should have. He has such a lovely positive attitude and brought smiles to all of our faces. He made my experience a million times better I would definitely return. Best customer service ever. In my opinion michael deserves a raise or a promotion because I have never met such a lovely person like him.

My experience was above and beyond, served by Michael who is dedicated and cannot say anything bad about his top customer service. I although have to make a note on how the actual ‚store’ looks - dated, old, and it definitely needs a full refurb and refresh!

He is constantly updated with the new perfumes, and his suggestions are to the point. Excellent knowledge of the ingredients as well.

The staff there are literally amazing. I got served by Laura and Gabby today and they were lovely and so helpful .
