What a great shopping experience.

Renee and Oman (sorry if I got it wrong) at the Bristol branch in Cabot were so helpful!! I was after a very specific thing which they efficiently helped me find.
Definitely coming back to the same branch.

I went to this location not knowing exactly which "scent" I wanted other than one that would last once I sprayed it. I was greeted by Laura who couldn't have been more professional and understanding as we traweled through a number of scents until we settled on a Givenchy scent. To finish it was the most pleasant time I'd spent in a shop and shelling out nearly £100 - it was worth it!!!

I had an amazing experience at The Perfume Shop in Cabot Circus. Renee was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me in choosing the perfect fragrances. She also helped me set up my own account, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Her excellent customer service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend both the store and Renée for anyone looking for the best fragrance advice!

I had a fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Cabot Circus in Bristol! Renee and Laura were extremely helpful, kind, and so patient with me, even though I’m quite a picky person when it comes to fragrances. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, guided me through different scents, and made sure I found the perfect one without any rush. Their friendly and knowledgeable service truly stood out. Also I appreciated the little extras like free samples and gift-wrapping. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back! I had to do some last minute Christmas Shopping and found myself in the Perfume Shop (Cribbs Causeway, Bristol) because Harrods Beauty hadn’t opened. I am SO pleased to say that the service I received from the staff at The Perfume Shop was outstanding. Nicole was incredibly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She spent lots of time explaining everything to me and wrapped up my presents beautifully. I was completely frazzled when I entered the store and both members of staff had somehow created an atmosphere of calm. Nicole was a complete star, it was the best shopping experience I have ever had, Nicole deserves a medal or some sort of accolade. Thanks so much
