Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I had a fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Braehead Shopping Centre. Jane provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the aftershaves, and took the time to explain the different options without making me feel pressured.
Her advice was spot on, and she genuinely helped me find the perfect fragrance. Her knowledge and enthusiasm really sold it to me, and I left feeling confident with my purchase. Jane is a real credit to the store, and I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service I received. Thank you!
