I ordered earrings from this company for all of my bridesmaids and my bridal earrings. They were SO sweet, they threw in an extra pair for me as a treat for my honeymoon and wrote the nicest handwritten card from the owners congratulating me on my wedding. I got so many compliments on my earrings on my wedding day and lived in the pair they gifted me when I went to Greece. I have never seen a big company go above and beyond like this. AND it was my first time ordering. I will be a forever customer now.

Stealing my money in broad daylight. I ordered a stack of earrings two weeks ago and I never received a tracking number. I’ve emailed their customer service THREE times in the last week, I’ve messaged them on Instagram, and I’ve left comments on their instagram posts. They FINALLY responded via instagram DMs after I left a comment on their TikTok. 🙃 Issue is still unresolved

I recently needed earrings for a last minute event but the shipping options wouldn’t arrive in time. Since I live in the city where they are based out of they went above and beyond and ubered me the earrings so that I could have them for the event the next day. The owner hopped on the chat and went above and beyond for me. Not only do I love their earrings but I personally had one of the best customer service I’ve experiences I have ever had with them. LOVE my earrings and love the perfect hoop, I’ll forever be a returning customer

The most affordable high end earrings

I ordered these earrings with doubts because any jewelry that isn't solid gold hurts my ears - but when I tell you these earrings have lasted me forever with no irritation. I have ordered off of evry jewels and Lisa gozlan with the same promise and all of their jewelry tarnishes after a few wears but with my earrings from the perfect hoop they remain perfect. They are so lightweight and honestly my favourite. I never write reviews but this company deserves a good one!

I had a horrible experience with this brand and continue to do so. I ordered at the beginning of January 2026. After trying relentlessly to come into contact with someone to speak to - they notified me that Purolator lost my package and not to worry that I was guaranteed. It took a tremendous amount of back and forth to get them to reship me my order. All to only partially receive my order. They currently owe me a pair of earrings and have not answered a single e-mail regarding the missing item. This was my first time ordering and last.

I ordered from this online store and gave them the benefit of the doubt for two weeks, but there was no shipping indicated (and no tracking number) even though their webpage sent me an email saying it was shipped. It's mailing in the SAME country (within Canada), so I wondered what happened. I sent emails to the preferred avenue to customer service indicated on their website, which was an email address beginning with "hello" + @ their domain. There was zero reply despite follow-ups. I dug out their instagram acct, which seems updated frequently and messaged them. The person on instagram gave zero reply as well, so the lack of communication is simply astonishing. In my message, I mentioned that I am wondering if this company is a scam. The shipping was immediately updated (still with no communication the whole time). Fast forward another week and half and I receive the earrings. Yet, they have no indication of the 18k gold plating, etc., promised by their website. The pearl one looked so incredibly fake, with a blemish on the stem, that I'm wondering if they are actually just mailed from a cheap, lightly customized dropship from China for a couple of bucks....since 3-4 weeks is coincidentally EXACTLY the time it takes those types of products to mail within Canada. If they had communicated with me, the experience would have been less hassling, to be honest. I was seriously worried that they just took the money and ran. But, if you order, at least you might get the item, so they actually do have a company...if you don't mind having to "chase" them a lot in order to get your rightful purchase that you paid for.

Note: I do make online purchases every week, and for several years now, so I can honestly say that customer-service, quality and purchase experience-wise, this is NOT the best. I am lucky I did not send it as a gift for a specific birthday or occasion.
