I've used The Partnership Limited on multiple transactions now, both purchases and a sale, and they've been consistently great to work with. Communication is clear and responsive, and their digital portal is a real standout — it makes tracking progress and exchanging documents straightforward, so you're never left chasing updates. I am very happy with my experience with The Partnership.
Due to the vendor, my buying process was a pretty quick one - Bethany and Fred especially were excellent with dealing with the tight timeframe and getting me to completion as smoothly as possible. Their communication was excellent and they managed my purchase with great care. At exchange, Megan from the completions team also had excellent communication. I felt that I was well looked after throughout the process which at times was exceptionally stressful! I felt very reassured to have such a great team handling my purchase.

Their online portal is a dream.

Major problems between 5/11/25 and 22/01/26relating to POA which you have a copy
various complications raised about POA and appointment of a Trustee and referral to the court of protection.All this was unnecessary and eventually you confirmed that the use of an attorney under POA was acceptable which I had argued from the outset.
Information provided to 4Stamp was wrong more than once.
My original buyer dropped out and a new one commenced early Jan 2026
TR1 was drawn up incorrectly and also contract.
Fittings and contents form - you used the one from
previous buyer dated 10/25 which I had to point out.
Incorrect SDLT forms 26/02
In one case my son James was shown as Attorney although he is not named in the deed
02/03 continuing problems with SDLT forms (see email)including wrong completion date
Even 11 days after completion I am still getting forms to complete and my daughter is being referred to as Miss not Mrs
I have not listed all problems but reference to a number of lengthy emails will tell the full story.

Excellent service with a 1st class portal handling all communications in one place whale keeping you updated on any action carried out or pending with a weekly email update summary. Not the most expensive nor the cheapest but just the best at customer service for all contacts I dealt with. Trustworthy enough to have another pending transaction with them based on their professionalism that I wish the other parties with as similar.

Initially the comms and responsiveness was not great. However, after addressing that, things improved dramatically and I felt I was heard and mattered to them as a client. Not the cheapest conveyance solicitors but I was glad a paid the extra. The rest of the experience was excellent. The portal was easy to use and kept us abreast of current status at all times. Would I use them again? Definitely!

The online system works well, we are able to access it easily, find relevant items, and the interface is intuitive.

The billing was a little confusing however after review we were able to get a clear understanding.

The only place we felt improvement could be made is the interaction with the other side's solicitor. At times we would find out via the realtor that they were simply not on the same page as the Partnership. A couple of times we had to push for phone calls, and direct interaction as the other side was simply not responsive or was not on top of key tasks. In all cases it was the other side that was dropping the ball. We would recommend once it is established that the other solicitor is not responsive a more proactive protocol should be initiated to avoid delays.

It took us from September to March to complete. We think that was pretty long.

The portal is perfect - so easy to navigate. All queries were answered promptly and we felt ‘guided’ through the process in a really helpful way. I would definitely recommend you to friends.

My buyer used a cheap online service and it was awful for him (and as a result me) with many delays for processing simple things. The Partnership by contrast costs more but the peace of mind and care is worth it

From introduction to completion every member of the team were informed, helpful and responsive. The online portal and notifications via SMS and email ensured I could conduct affairs quickly and whilst travelling abroad.
