A Game Changer for our business

We run a family business and were using various couriers to dispatch our parcels. However, we were constantly frustrated with the lack of care from the couriers and the endless time spent on hold dealing with customer service whenever a parcel went missing. It was becoming a real hassle!

That’s when we were recommended The Parcel Store, and can honestly say it has been a complete game-changer. They handle all our parcels, assigning the right courier service each time. If anything goes wrong—like a parcel gets lost or delayed—they deal with the couriers directly, without charging me extra. This level of service is a huge relief, and it’s saved us so much time and frustration.

On top of that, we are now paying much cheaper rates than we were when dealing with couriers directly. The staff at The Parcel Store are always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we reach out, they answer straight away, and I never feel like we are left hanging.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with their service. It’s reliable, stress-free, and cost-effective. We highly recommend The Parcel Store to any business looking for a hassle-free parcel delivery solution.

Great company to work with.

Great company to work with. The service they provide us with and their customer services are brilliant. We have been using these guys for all of our parcels ( we sent over 9000 parcels out last year) for over a year and all has been running smoothly and efficiently. Due to their clever system of assigning the parcels to correct services, we are saving significant amount of money on the carriage charges! They also do warehousing services for us when we run out of space at our own warehouse. We are able to have a container delivered directly to their warehouse and also able to send goods out directly from their warehouse. We access the same Warehouse management software so we know exactly what the stock levels are and what was despatched directly from their warehouse.

Good fulfillment centre

They dealt with my queries quickly and made sure my parcels got there on time. The fulfillment staff made me feel welcome and made sure my item was packaged well, so it could survive the journey, especially thanks to Shannon !!

Used for a while lost 2 items never …

Used for a while lost 2 items never able to claim for items full of promises never use again promised to sort issues , but as soon as they did not interested . Removed our account without even contacting us.

Terrible attitude to customers, rude & officious...hope never to use this company again!

Was sent an e-mail that my parcel would be delivered by 5pm. . at 10 to 5 I rang to see whether it was still on its way. Was told they gave themselves til 6pm to deliver ... and it was "only" one more hour to wait .. having waited in all day already. I asked why their notification says 5pm if it is in fact later (I don't mind if I know in advance...) .. they didn't get it, thought it was OK to give out wrong info. Then an officious guy came on the phone and asked did I want to argue about it for the next hour ..and what more did I want him to do than say sorry (though he never even managed that in fact!!!). He continued to be rude and ignorant and completely inept at dealing with customers....no idea how to resolve a problem his company created in the first place. Never heard of them before, hope they go bust very soon, they don't deserve to be in business!
