The Packaging Tree Omdömen

Peter was great to work with! The round tags for our plush toys arrived looking exactly as expected. I’m very happy with them and would use their service again.

Working with product and pricing g for a small business. Easy to communicate with.

Peter was a tremendous help and excellent communicator! He provided extremely efficient and timely responses and i am looking forward to working with him again.

Great experience working with Marcel- She was very responsive and helpful during every step- from design to samples, to delivery. She answered all questions I had very quickly. I ordered about 2000 chocolate boxes in 2 different sizes and they were delivered today and look great! only thing I would say could be improved on is maybe going with a different shipping company as I never recieved tracking numbers and shipping box was a little beat up but product inside was safe and sound without a scratch. Currently working with Marcel on placing another custom box order

Peter was exceptionally quick and helpful! Thank you Peter!

Peter was cordial, polite and very helpful. Hope to do business with them again.

Let me start with I have no experience with packaging whatsoever!
When I started looking into getting professional packaging made for my small business the numbers I was getting were scary. Working with Peter at the packaging tree I was able to get pillow boxes in the perfect size for my products at a price I could afford. He allowed me to make a ridiculous amount of changes, again I’ve never done this before! The finished product turned out amazing! I’ve only had them a few days and the launch isn’t til January but the feedback has been unanimous, everyone loves them as much as I do!
The only con which serendipitously turned out to be a pro, was that the sample I ordered was glossy and the final product I received was matte, but it makes the stickers that differentiate between SKUs pop so I’m still giving 5 stars!

I have been working with Peter to get some prices on milk containers. He was super easy to work with.

I relied on some of the positive reviews here despite having serious doubts, only to face acute business disruption and loss caused by my dealings with Packaging Tree. The emailing seemed a bit off and a lot of their images on social media of 'their work' were actually recognisable from pinterest by other packaging companies. Thereafter felt more questionable with lack of any willingness to ever come on a call or let me visit their UK office (despite 8-10 requests). I kept coming back to look at these reviews to give myself assurance and regret it now.

I started our discussions months ago and they responded at all hours of the day and night with tons of reassurances. I had one key requirement - textured paper. I even paid £100 for sampling which took >thrice the duration that they promised. We agreed to some changes and I agreed to pay ~£15 per box. Given my concerns I asked them 6 times on email to show me the paper when ready before they start making boxes. They readily agreed and assured as they do with everything. I kept chasing for delivery. Thereafter after again double the timeline they promised and acute delays to my business, I get a far cheaper version. Not textured paper, but plain which is easily 1/3 the price anywhere. It was totally a bait and switch and now I don't see their instagram profile but I see a smaller account with 'Peter' and 'marcel' prefixed. Totally misrepresented and has caused serious problems.

Great customer service at 12:30am

peter has been really help full, with straight conversation and great prices and quality

Peter was incredibly responsive and the end product was of Excellent Quality.
Really pleased with the whole process.

I recently worked with Peter at The Packaging Tree to create two custom boxes: one for our soaps and another for our bath salt sampler pack. From start to finish, the communication was exceptional—quick, clear, and effortless. Peter was incredibly easy to work with and demonstrated patience when I needed to make several changes along the way. He guided me thoughtfully, helping me select the ideal box styles that perfectly matched my goals.
At first, I was a bit hesitant about the pricing because it seemed almost too good to be true. However, The Packaging Tree exceeded my expectations, proving that their quality and reliability are second to none. Payments were straightforward, and when the boxes arrived, they were exactly as I had envisioned—absolutely stunning!
I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to work with The Packaging Tree again for future projects, including a custom lip balm box that’s next on my agenda. If you’re looking for professional service, great pricing, and outstanding craftsmanship, I highly recommend Peter and The Packaging Tree. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Peter has been so amazing to work with over the past several months and provided superior customer service. I had this really bespoke/custom packaging idea and he was able to bring it to life! It turned out exactly how I envisioned!

Peter Berns is a great asset to The Packaging Tree, and to JDI Industrial! We were able to make a great looking gift box for our clients because of Peter's timeliness, attention to detail, and ability to understand what was being asked of him. Great job, Packaging Tree!

I've been working with Peter over the last few months to order new boxes for our soap bars. We were previously working with another box manufacturer, but Peter reached out offering better quality and prices. He produced samples for us and they came out great. Production time is pretty fast and he's been very responsive with any questions I had. They were also able to provide us with a plastic-free liner, as we are an eco-friendly company, which was amazing! We'll continue using his services and highly recommend them.

Our shopping bags came out great! Quality was awesome and quick turnaround.

My company contacted Peter and his team to help produce promotional boxes for an upcoming project. He responded quickly and always provided detailed mock-ups and samples of all the requested items. His professionalism and promptness made this project easy and stress-free for my team.

Excellent customer service, Peter managed my enquiry and delivered a fantastic product. Definitely will be using The Packaging Tree for all our bespoke packaging in the future
